Document Control Specialist

This role will support our Quality team during a transition period and manage supplier documentation. This will be a global based role working with teams in Ireland and the US.
This is a six-month contract position.
What you will do:
- Primary responsibility will be to handle KDP Quality - Suppliers communication, and manage related documentation, working closely with Suppliers to retrieve necessary information.
- Gather, calculate, audit, and report key information to ensure Supplier documentation compliance.
- Record production data in appropriate database for suppliers, customers, regulatory, and GFSI compliance.
- Analyze data and prepare weekly and/or monthly summary reports, including but not limited to trend analysis.
- Work with R&D, Procurement, and quality departments to ensure proper documentation is maintained to support activities related to suppliers and raw materials approvals.
- Assist in preparing pertinent documentation and reports on quality and food safety issues by providing key data analysis.
- Work with data streams to understand and communicate all potential impacts; identify priority opportunities for the QEHSFS teams.
- Appropriately communicate to keep the relevant stakeholders aware of focus areas, including status of open issues and opportunities for improvement concerning electronic and manual data collection.
- Ensures records are maintained to meet KDP requirements.
- Promote, support and guide the development of standardized documentation per corporate Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures.
- Maintains systems including OPTIVA, ETQ and SharePoint ensuring completeness, accuracy, and accessibility of reference information to QEHSFS teams and other interdependent parties.
- Interface with Corporate and manufacturing site teams to ensure document standards are maintained in a manner that meets requirements.
- Support the change control processes for new documents and document revisions owned by Supplier Quality team.
- Works with the Supplier Quality team to effectively ensure that requested policy, process and product standard changes are evaluated, approved, and documented appropriately.
- Must work effectively in team environments, communicating and participating in a constructive manner.
- Multitasking is required daily, and constant assessment of prioritization is required to best meet both the customer and business needs.
- Must be proactive, anticipating and planning to meet objectives by finding ways to identify potential obstacles and improve processes and procedures to prevent occurrence.
- Performs other duties as requested by management.
- Responsibility to report food safety, quality and regulatory compliance to personnel with authority to initiate action.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in relevant area (Quality, Science, Business)
- Minimum 1+ years’ experience working within an office-based environment
- Competence in Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of document control, quality and food safety standards preferred.
- Ability to interrogate and interpret data based on trend analysis.
- Ability to get along with others, be punctual, and follow instructions.
- Ability to follow Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures as well as our Corporate Values.
- Effective Problem-Solving skills.
- Strong aptitude for hands-on learning.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
