Reset Supervisor - Irving, TX
The Reset Supervisor is responsible for recruiting, selecting, training, and developing Reset Specialists, while ensuring labor cost-effectiveness, maintain high levels of customer service and adhere to KDP merchandising standards.

- 8 Associate Reset Specialists
- 1 Office Coordinator (POS Clerk)
- 1 Sales Coordinator
Roles direct reports support:
- Reset Specialists are responsible for the timely completion of all scheduled resets within our service areas (Reset Execution across DFW and Southern OK) Irving Century, Irving Trinity and Sherman areas., including all Small and Large Format accounts.
- Office Coordinator manages all POS operations, including completion of weekly inventory reports and communication of POS availability to the teams. Also attends sales meetings and assists the teams with display needs.
- Sales Coordinator manages all administrative tasks for DFW and helps to support RVP when needed. Office Coordinator is a member of the team supporting HR in weekly new hire orientations.
Key Responsibilities and Contributions
- Coordination with vendor partners to create schedules and assign adequate staffing to ensure that all Reset Specialists report to their assigned sets on time and are fully equipped with all required supplies. Assist and conduct inspections of resets.
- Manage Glide and Labor Budget
- Work closely with the Office Coordinator to maintain an accurate and up-to-date inventory file ensuring all POS materials are received, inventoried, communicated to both the sales team and management, and that any expired POS is properly disposed of.
- Oversee coupon accountability by checking in coupons as they arrive and communicating availability to the sales team. At the close of each month, complete a full audit to ensure accuracy and submit the reports to the compliance team.
- Serve as a local point of contact and SME for 7E and Walgreens, working closely with Regional Managers as well as the Zone Sales and Operations Manager. Together, we collaborate on selling in shipper and display programs across their stores to drive incremental sales.
- Oversee open sales territories during District Sales Supervisor absences, ensuring consistent communication and continuity in sales performance and reporting for the team as needed.
- Supports market tours by ensuring stores are in grand opening condition, including fresh POS, shippers, and accurate pricing.
- Is a member of the team supporting HR in weekly new hire orientations.
- Attends trade shows, district meetings with vendor partners and provide support with events as needed for the business.
Total Rewards:
- $62,500 - $65,000 / year
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements:
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and grow a high performing team using strong written, verbal, organizational and presentation skills.
- Must be able to analyze data to gauge performance of team and market with ability to manage/influence up and down.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
- High school diploma or GED required. Some college preferred.
- 2+ years sales related experience; DSD/CPG preferred.
- 1+ years leadership experience preferred
