Summer 2026 Intern – Direct Store Delivery Finance - Indianapolis, IN

As a Direct Store Delivery Finance Intern at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will be working on a project to solve a long-term business problem within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You'll learn business skills while partnering with an experienced and professional team. This program offers the unique opportunity to see firsthand how finance and operational functions work closely together to drive innovative solutions.


Shift/Schedule:

  • Role located in Indianapolis, IN
  • The KDP 2026 Summer Intern Program will run from June 1 – August 7, 2026
  • Full-time; 40 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday
  • 8:00am until 5:00pm
  • In-Person

As a DSD Finance Intern you will:

  • Track expenses against budgets
  • Track sales 
  • Building financial modeling
  • Communicate results back to the business

Elements of the KDP Intern Program include:

  • Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a challenging, cross functional team environment 
  • Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders 
  • Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting 
  • Be paired with a mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your network 
  • Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department vice president and other KDP stakeholders 

Total Rewards:
  • $28/hour 
  • Paid bi-weekly  
  • $2,500 Sign-on Bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment  

Requirements:
  • Must be an undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, in their Junior year majoring in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, Financial Planning, Statistics 
  • Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm) 
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines 
  • Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter 
  • Strong leadership competencies, and strong team and analytical skills; strategic thinking skills; dedication and enthusiasm for work in a fast moving, dynamic environment; the ability to communicate effectively, especially as part of a team; and the ability to understand complex business issues. 
  • Distinctive problem solving skills and an intellectual curiosity to solve unique and oftentimes complex problems 
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with occasionally tight deadlines
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
