Vending Technician- Houston, Texas
The Vending Technician is responsible for the installation, set up, repair and ongoing maintenance of vending, cooling and fountain equipment in the greater Houston area.
Shift and Schedule:
- Full time
- Monday-Friday
- 7:00am-3:30pm (or until finished)
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
Position Responsibilities:
- Service and move vending machines with various Keurig Dr Pepper products.
- Refurbish new and used equipment in warehouse and throughout Houston.
- Assure that each vendor is maintained with proper brands.
- Notify Full-Service Development Manager of mechanical problems or changes in account status, i.e. new ownership, closed accounts, account closing, etc.
- Develop and maintain a good Keurig Dr Pepper image in trade and industry to achieve the company's objective for the overall growth and availability of products.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and operate assigned vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
- Confirm machine serial numbers against EMO documentation and complete all paperwork and data entry with precision.
- Provide customers with guidance on preventive maintenance and proper equipment usage when applicable.
- Communicate promptly with the Dispatcher or Vending Supervisor regarding mechanical issues, changes in account status, and customer needs.
- Perform additional duties assigned to support operational needs.
Total Rewards:
- Pay starting at $24.76 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $26.12 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary

Requirements:
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
- 21 years of age or older
- 1 year of vending and face to face customer interaction experience
- Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 40 pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver’s license
- Safety shoes with toe caps
- Must have own basic hand tools to complete the job
