Talent Acquisition Partner – Skilled Trades & Maintenance
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Keurig Dr Pepper, you will participate in building strong teams that will allow our organization to continue to grow in a dynamic and high-performing environment! The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a strategic role in selecting and attracting the best talent to meet the functional and strategic needs of the Supply Chain Manufacturing division of the organization in the United States. The Talent Acquisition Partner will accompany managers through the entire recruitment cycle, acting as an internal expert in talent attraction and selection and as an ambassador of our employer brand to candidates.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruiting cycle for high volume assigned requisitions, including technical and skilled trades roles within manufacturing maintenance, and define the related recruiting strategies
Lead end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing maintenance positions, including maintenance technicians, electricians, mechanics, and reliability engineers, partnering closely with plant leadership and operations managers to understand specialized technical requirements
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill maintenance and skilled trades roles, leveraging trade schools, apprenticeship programs, industry associations, and technical certification networks to build robust talent pipelines
Use a variety of methods to search for candidates, such as the use of social networks, networking, database searches, and direct sourcing strategies to attract top talent across both corporate and plant-level roles
Work closely with Human Resources Business Partners and play a partner role with hiring managers — including plant and operations leadership — to understand their short- and long-term talent needs and build talent search strategies that meet those needs
Act as a contact person and internal expert in talent acquisition, training and coaching hiring managers on recruitment best practices and the candidate experience, with specific guidance on evaluating technical competencies for maintenance and manufacturing roles
Provide an unparalleled candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process
Represent the company and participate in recruitment and networking activities — including trade and manufacturing industry events — to increase awareness of the employer brand
Contribute to talent management strategies in universities and technical institutions through the development and execution of programs such as internships and apprenticeships; develop lasting relationships with trade schools, community colleges, and vocational programs to promote the employer brand
Manage candidate pipelines and generate long-term interest by building relationships with technical talent and providing them with a positive and conclusive experience
Actively participate in projects related to talent acquisition

Requirements:
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field Preferred
Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience in an agency and/or corporate environment
Minimum of 2 years of experience recruiting for maintenance and skilled trades roles within a manufacturing plant environment, with demonstrated knowledge of technical role requirements such as electrical, mechanical, and reliability disciplines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build credibility with both plant-level leadership and technical candidates
Demonstrated ability to assess technical competencies and evaluate candidates for maintenance and manufacturing roles
Command of technological tools used in the recruitment process (ATS, agility with using AI recruitment intelligence platform ie Eightfold, , LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, social media, Office Suite, etc.)
