Summer 2027 Intern – Procurement Supplier Relationship Management

As a Procurement Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Intern in Frisco, TX, you will support the development and execution of KDP's Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program, a strategic initiative focused on driving stronger supplier partnerships, improving supplier performance, and creating long-term business value. Working alongside Procurement Strategy & Capabilities professionals, you will help build and refine supplier scorecard matrices used to measure supplier performance across quality, service, cost, innovation, sustainability, and other key business metrics. You will also support the execution of supplier scorecards during the summer, partnering with procurement category managers and internal stakeholders to collect, analyze, and organize supplier performance data. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to strategic sourcing, supplier management, data analysis, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration while contributing to a high-impact enterprise-wide program.

This role is aligned to the Beverage Operating Unit.

Shift/Schedule:

  • The KDP 2027 Summer Internship Program will run from June 7 – August 13, 2027
  • Full-time; 40 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday
  • 8:00am until 5:00pm
  • Hybrid in our Frisco, TX headquarters

As a Procurement SRM intern you will:

  • Develop and maintain supplier performance scorecards in partnership with Procurement Category Managers.
  • Research category-specific KPIs and performance metrics to support Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) initiatives.
  • Support the completion and rollout of supplier scorecard matrices across procurement categories.
  • Coordinate scorecard execution, track progress, and support stakeholder communications.
  • Collect, validate, and analyze supplier performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate supplier performance insights.
  • Document scorecard methodologies, templates, and best practices.
  • Support continuous improvement of SRM processes, tools, and program documentation.

Total Rewards:
  • $31.00/ hour
  • Paid bi-weekly
  • $2,500 Sign-on Bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment

Requirements:
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Procurement, Operations, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to organize and analyze large sets of data. Strong attention to detail and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Interest in procurement, supplier management, supply chain, or business operations is a plus
