Sr. Supply Chain Analyst – Co-Manufacturing/Co-Pack PlanningLocation: Frisco, Texas (Headquarters)
Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to lead production planning efforts at our co-manufacturing and co-packing locations. This role ensures timely production of KDP products by coordinating with external partners and managing the flow of raw materials and packaging supplies. The ideal candidate will be a proactive planner with strong communication skills and a solid foundation in supply chain operations.
Shift & Schedule:
This is a full-time, hybrid remote day shift position (Monday–Friday), typically three days per week in office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility is required for occasional support outside of core hours—including evenings, weekends, and holidays—to assist with planning and scheduling as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage production plans for assigned co-pack locations, accounting for capacity constraints.
Ensure raw materials and packaging components are properly planned, procured, and delivered to support production schedules.
Drive inventory replenishment and production execution to align with demand forecasts and customer needs.
Collaborate regularly with Warehouse, Transportation, Order Fulfillment, and Capacity Planning teams.
Communicate service risks and inventory concerns, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
Balance service levels and working capital targets through effective planning and execution.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, aged product, and obsolescence risk using key planning tools (PSI, CFR, SAP reports).
Support continuous improvement in supply chain processes and performance metrics.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or a related field.
Strong working knowledge of SAP (APO, ECC, SNP) or a similar ERP system preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Industrial Distribution, or a related discipline.
