Location: 6425 Hall of Fame Lane, Frisco, Texas 75034
Schedule: Full-time, hybrid day shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, typically 3 days in-office). Flexibility required for occasional support outside core hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Join Keurig Dr Pepper as a Senior Global Logistics Specialist, where you’ll manage international import and export operations while driving strategic initiatives. This role blends hands-on logistics management with analytical decision-making to ensure cost-effective, compliant, and efficient global shipments. You’ll play a key role in daily operations, process improvements, and the implementation of new systems.
What You’ll Do:
Manage Global Shipments: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of international shipments, coordinating with internal teams, manufacturers, and external partners.
Drayage Coordination: Schedule drayage operations and resolve carrier-related issues for short-haul transportation.
Trade Compliance: Prepare and manage export documentation while ensuring compliance with U.S. and international trade regulations.
Analytics & Reporting: Develop dashboards to track KPIs, analyze performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Provide guidance on Incoterms and international shipping best practices.
Financial Oversight: Audit and approve transportation invoices and process freight claims.
Process Optimization: Maintain SOPs and partner with providers to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- This is a salaried, exempt position paid biweekly. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Experience: 3–5 years in logistics, transportation, or supply chain, with expertise in drayage, intermodal, or trucking operations.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of U.S. import/export regulations, international trade compliance, and Incoterms.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, logistics management systems (LMS), ERP systems (SAP preferred), and carrier portals.
Core Competencies: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, clear communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
