Job Overview:

The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key resource in reporting and providing critical analyses for our US Refreshment Beverage Marketing organization.  As part of the US Commercial Finance team, you will be an integral part of the monthly close and forecasting processes. This individual will develop an in-depth knowledge of the business areas supported and will collaborate with the business and finance teams across the organization to help analyze and communicate key drivers of financial results.

This position is a hybrid role based in Frisco, TX, with in-office work from Tuesday to Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage close process, reporting and forecasting for US Refreshment Beverage Marketing spend.
  • Own the monthly reporting package to leadership and budget owners.
  • Create and maintain process documentation, as well as evaluate opportunities for improvement and standardization.
  • Support internal customer requests and any ad hoc analysis.
  • Perform other job-related duties as requested by management.
  • Bring a strong work ethic and positive attitude to your responsibilities every day.

Total Rewards:
  • Salary Range: $76,400 - 110,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements:

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field
  • Three+ years of relevant finance experience preferred
  • Financial experience including budgeting, forecasting, planning, analysis, and building financial models

Technical and Other Skills:

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
  • Demonstrated competency in use of financial, planning and reporting software platforms

Required Competencies and Aptitudes:

  • Self-motivated team player with strong ability to interact with others, work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
  • Very strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to propose positive business solutions to complex problems
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with focused attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally at a high level of customer service
  • Comfortable working with high volumes of data and the ability to identify and summarize key messages
  • Detailed and process improvement oriented
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information appropriately
  • Ability to work flexible hours as required
