A key component to success for Keurig Dr Pepper’s DSD (Direct Store Delivery) organization is ensuring visibility & alignment to sales analytics in support of Enterprise Initiatives. As Sales Technology Analyst, you will play an invaluable role focused on implementing technology improvements to support commercial business tactics & strategies. You will work to advance the development of analytic tools & platforms to support sales & improve customer relationships. You will leverage effective communication & influencing skills to orchestrate action and collaboration among various cross functional teams and within operational realities. In addition, you will liaise between Sales and Vendor teams to ensure timely and successful project implementation.
This position is based in our Frisco, TX office and will have a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days work from home on a weekly basis). Travel may be up to 30%.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with internal key stakeholders from teams like sales, commercialization & channel, revenue growth management, and brand to make meaningful broad impact to KDP
- Collaborate cross functionally & assist in the development of value-added tools & reporting capabilities that drive enterprise alignment, visibility & speed to insights for our sales organization. Help diagnose, streamline/reconstruct inefficient or suboptimal reporting/backend infrastructure and processes.
- Ensure data integrity & accuracy within reporting capabilities. Partner with cross functional teams to resolve any gaps.
- Participate in the development & facilitation of system training sessions for end-users (virtual & in-person)
- Provide administrative support of system to end users (license & access management, data management, etc.)
- Foster a strong partnership with Vendor team; act as a primary conduit between KDP & the vendor. Provide support in broader IT Projects as applicable.
- Use the right balance of business acumen, technical knowledge, and leadership skills to develop holistic, growth driving data solutions for the Sales organization.
Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant business experience in analytics with exposure to sales software/systems (Salient Margin Minder preferred)
- 2+ years of DSD Sales &/or Frontline CPG experience.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to seek alternatives, new ideas, and/or approaches to problems, and develop and implement solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate data insights and operational processes effectively with different levels within the organization
- Possess strong time management and prioritization skills to operate in a highly accountable and fast paced environment. Well organized, analysis driven with pragmatic approach
- Highly skilled in MS Excel (advanced formulas) & PowerPoint.
