As the Analyst, Sales Planning & Analytics, you will play a key role in supporting the Customer Center of Excellence and the Selling organization. You will build an understanding of reporting capabilities, and customer tracking processes while contributing to streamlined internal routines through automation and templated reporting. In this role, you will partner closely with cross‑functional teams including Sales, Revenue Growth Management, Category Management, Route to Market, and Channel Strategy to deliver analytics, and reporting.
What You Will Do
- Business Management Cadence Support
- Assist in managing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales team business management cadence, supporting preparation and execution of planning meetings between Sales, Revenue Growth Management, Category Management, Route to Market, and Channel Strategy teams.
- Help develop and distribute agendas, reset timelines, and distribution templates.
- Build and maintain tools/reports that directly feed from multiple data files/tables to deliver consistency in distribution tracking and reporting across teams.
- Collaborate with team on forecasts and review/recap prior month order/shipment performance.
- Support Sales NAE’s with innovation, seasonal, and everyday items including product promotions and communication of key actions and plan updates.
- Assist in Broker relationship management tasks, including tracking broker performance against KPIs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Maintain effective cross‑functional working relationships with Sales, Revenue Growth Management, Category Management, Route to Market, and Channel Strategy teams.
- Bring a strong work ethic and positive attitude to daily responsibilities.
Total Rewards:
- Salary range: $62,500 - $ 79,970
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

- Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in analytics, reporting, automation, or related fields; CPG experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Circana, and VIP/iDig.
- Preferred experience with Alteryx, Power BI.
- Strong proactivity, intellectual curiosity, and drive for continuous improvement.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills; project management experience is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; presentation and storytelling skills are a plus.
- Detail‑oriented, self‑motivated, and able to perform well in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
