The KDP Productivity Team is responsible for delivering savings year-over-year across the Supply Chain (Procurement, Manufacturing, and Logistics). This position will be responsible for driving strategic development of Design to Value initiatives for the US Refreshment Beverages portfolio working closely with cross-functional teams dedicated to improving operating profit to fuel growth. This role serves as a liaison between key stakeholders to unlock brand portfolio projects and develops standardized methodologies across the entire value chain. In this role you will be responsible for:
- Alignment to Value: Partner with stakeholders to deliver design to value objectives by meeting their needs and desired outcomes with a consumer-centric lens. Set ambitious targets and obtain leadership buy-in.
- Plan and Prioritize: Build and lead design-to-value programs from the ground-up to drive transformative results, taking charge of sprints with creative execution. Validate, and socialize Brands to optimize over a 3-year horizon and develop a pipeline of initiatives that are impactful and implementable. Prioritize initiatives and investments with shared approval.
- Execute and Measure: Document the plan, communicate changes, and evaluate performance against forecasts. Drive transparency and validate iteratively to check for course correction and measure impact.
- Iterate and Innovate: Actively evaluate progress, reassess stakeholder’s needs, and adapt to changing requirements in an agile approach. Evaluate and manage risks and opportunities providing a cadence for updates and driving project completion.
What you will do:
- Transform into a Productivity Center of Excellence responsible for portfolio analysis across projects, reporting, risk assessment, and tower performance.
- Partner with Commercial and R&D teams to unlock and accelerate the next chapter of Design-to-Value opportunities aligned to deliver brand equity, quality, and profitable growth.
- Lead and coach the Supply Chain, R&D and Commercial teams to deliver the Productivity savings tied to AOP and meet our financial commitments.
- Support the cadence of Squad, Function and Steerco activities by establishing an efficient and effective process based on the Agile methodology.
- Work with BU and Functional teams to drive accountability through transparent performance management and communication.
- Collaborate with the financial teams to ensure Design to Value productivity adherence to policies and financial integrity with clear traceability to financial results. Work with project leaders to ensure we have updated forecasts, appropriate stage gates, alignment on calculation methodologies, and reporting period actuals.
- Lead monthly report-outs to key stakeholders throughout the organization including the SCLT, ELT, FLT, etc. Support Ad-Hoc Requests for project updates, analysis, and executive level presentations.
- Standardize capabilities to develop, prioritize, and capture value realization.
- Build capabilities within category teams to collect data-driven insights for design-to-value, value engineering marketing improvements, brand-building, and consumer satisfaction.
- Establish and manage a Stage Gate process to organize and structure decision making protocols to enable key stakeholders to balance resources and accelerate execution.
- Build a cadence, using agile methodology, for the tower leaders to review, report, and update project performance.
- Incorporate best practices in the continuous improvement of the Productivity process.
- Develop Project Management capabilities within the team to fill-in resource gaps as needed.
- Evaluate and build business case of technology platforms to enable and enhance spend analytics, insights, reporting, and process improvement.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, mathematics, engineering, business, or related field required; Master’s degree in business, operations research, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a related role.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Power Point & Excel including other Microsoft suite products.
- Flexible and able to work in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to push forward on projects, even when all of the requirements have not been defined.
- Detailed and deadline-orientated to meet regular and periodic needs of the business for accurate and timely information.
- Strong capability to thoroughly review and sense-check results so that analysis is right the first time.
- Must be able to create a professional presentation of results, including determining results-first or results-last approaches, ability to construct results that “tell a story”, and ability to lead an audience to the proper conclusions or decisions relevant to the situation.
- Expert analytical capabilities including advanced knowledge of Excel and demonstrated competence with data
- Ability to proactively engage with the tower leaders and influence key decisions with facts.
