Your role is vital in supporting and driving a lean-agile mindset and learning culture within the finance and corporate functions. You will lead the development and implementation of financial systems and corporate enablement programs, ensuring compliance and optimizing business processes.
What You Will Do:
- Deeply understand the finance and corporate functions business and product strategy, making and/or influencing critical decisions that impact the finance and other corporate products.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to develop a roadmap that guides the evolution of financial and corporate systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure the product development team has a solid understanding of the product strategy to help them more effectively execute and meet objectives and goals.
- Incorporate the voice of customer needs and priorities into the product solution.
- Manage and prioritize the content/features team backlog with clearly defined value hypotheses and acceptance criteria to be delivered by the development teams.
- Provide guidance and leadership on all IT finance applications decisions and drive the Global Corporate Enablement program.
- Ensure compliance of financial systems and continuous delivery of increased business benefits by simplifying ERP landscapes and optimizing automation processes.
- Manage relationships with all finance departments and the CFO from a strategic perspective, coordinating all projects related to IT Corporate Enablement and Shared Services.
- Oversee all aspects of IT Strategic Finance, including Controller Finance, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Tax, Treasury, and Report Finance, Legal and Corporate Security as well as project management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a product owner or similar role within finance and corporate functions.
- Strong understanding of lean-agile principles and experience driving a lean-agile mindset.
- Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
- Experience with financial systems and ERP landscapes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role within a large enterprise.
- Advanced degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in agile methodologies or product management.
