Location: 425 Hall of Fame Lane, Frisco, Texas 75034
Schedule: Full-time, hybrid day shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; typically 3 days in-office). Flexibility required for occasional support outside core hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The Performance Engine Program Manager serves as the operational backbone of the cross-functional strategic execution forum known as Performance Engine. This role drives standardization, governance, and visibility across critical initiatives while enabling effective decision-making and successful project execution.
The Program Manager partners closely with the Performance Engine Senior Manager to strengthen execution rigor, enhance strategic clarity, and ensure alignment across Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, Transportation, and Finance.
This position blends program management, systems thinking, facilitation, analytics coordination, and executive-level communication.
Key Responsibilities
Program Governance & Standardization
Develop and implement standardized program management frameworks (intake, prioritization, tracking, and reporting).
Establish structured intake processes to support decision-making and cross-functional analysis.
Maintain consistent documentation and decision logs across initiatives.
Manage a centralized SharePoint or Teams-based program hub.
Ensure clear ownership, timelines, and accountability across Performance Engine initiatives.
Obeya Room & Cross-Functional Execution Support
Own operational management and maintenance of the Obeya Room and supporting digital tools.
Maintain Microsoft Lists tracking tools and ensure action items remain accurate and current.
Support development of executive-ready presentations.
Facilitate weekly execution reviews and structured problem-solving discussions.
Coordinate the monthly all-day cross-functional forum, including agenda development and stakeholder preparation.
Track risks, interdependencies, and escalation pathways for key initiatives.
Strategic Enablement
Support SWOT analysis, scenario planning, and future-state workshops.
Prepare pre-read materials and synthesize insights to enable productive discussions.
Identify cross-project synergies and potential risks.
Support development of roadmaps for long-range planning initiatives.
Maintain portfolio-level visibility of initiatives and resource allocation.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Serve as a liaison across cross-functional partners.
Ensure alignment between project teams and executive leadership.
Clarify decision rights and governance pathways.
Draft executive communications and summary updates.
Track and follow up on action items to ensure accountability and closure.
Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization
Identify inefficiencies in meeting cadence and operational processes.
Recommend and implement automation opportunities within the Microsoft ecosystem (Teams, Power Automate, SharePoint).
Conduct lessons-learned reviews following major milestones.
Develop playbooks and training materials to support consistent adoption of processes.
Total Rewards:
- Targeted annual compensation range of $115,000–$140,000.
- This is a salaried, exempt position paid biweekly. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Requirements:
5–8+ years of experience in Program Management, Strategy, Operations, or Consulting.
Proven experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
Advanced PowerPoint skills and strong executive storytelling and facilitation abilities.
Experience with Microsoft tools including Teams, SharePoint, Lists, and Power BI.
Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority.
Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and managing competing priorities with urgency.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong analytical skills; financial literacy preferred.
