As a Manager in Revenue Growth Management, Price & Trade, you will be accountable for driving the strategy and communication materials needed to execute the Keurig Dr Pepper Warehouse Direct portfolio with excellence. You will provide critical analytical support to cross-functional business partners, acting as the point of contact with these teams to help analyze data and interpret trends, evaluate the impact of strategic decisions, and determine the performance of price & promotion. To succeed in this role, you will need a drive for process improvements, a desire for continuous learning in a variety of systems and analytical tools/methods, a curiosity around data and analysis and drive to tell stories with it, to be comfortable providing opinions and recommendations, and the ability to contribute to the process of making sound business decisions.
What you will do:
- Develop a deep understanding of our commercial objectives and key drivers of our Warehouse Direct Cold business while developing the mechanisms and processes to communicate these metrics to leadership
- Lead the development of building winning annual plans that deliver top line & profitability targets
- Provide ad-hoc business modeling for long-term strategic planning, short-term high-level targets and other business activities
- Assist in the development of our monthly Leadership Team materials, develop analytical stories around our business trends and updates on the actions of Commercial/Marketing/Sales team
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders in all departments, including Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Research & Development, Supply Chain, etc.
- Develop other integrated analytics, projections, reports and presentations necessary to support business needs

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, and over 5+ years of experience in analytics, finance, sales, marketing or related field
- Process capabilities – the ability to organize and lead complex workstreams; gaining alignment and action across multiple internal and external cross functional departments
- Strong analytical capabilities – the capacity to understand and interpret large data sets – experience with large data sets for business applications strongly preferred
- Intellectual curiosity – a motivation to understand business dynamics and create innovative business solutions
- Excellent communication skills and storytelling– the ability to visually and verbally communicate complex ideas to senior leaders
- Adaptability – an aptitude for managing complex projects and working cross-functionally with multiple partners
- Engagement – an interest in learning and mastering new topics, data sources, and methodologies
- Ownership mindset – personally accountable to KDP business outcomes and performance
