Shift and Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday- Friday
- 7:30AM - 4PM
Responsibilities:
- Orientations and all set up of ipads, Iphones, and ordering of uniforms
- Maintaining/upgrading ipads, iphones when necessary
- Preparing Weekly Payroll sheets and distributing reports to staff
- Customer Maintenance – setting up new accounts and maintaining old accounts
- Redemption Center – Keying weekly orders and setting up new redemption centers
- Keeping JJ Keller files and Drivers Alert training up to date.
- Back up to SR Office Coordinator – Learning to do cashiering, ordering supplies, engagement events, newsletter and Thank you Thursday.
- Pull, understand, interpret and report out date in Excel from systems including but not limited to Margin Minder, Salient and SAP.
- Maintain a high level of integrity when dealing with sensitive and confidential information
Total Rewards:
- $25 per hour

Requirements:
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
- 3 years’ experience in an office setting
- 3 years of experience with MS Office – Excel, Access, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
- 2 year cashier/cash handling experience
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Experience with SAP or Kronos is a bonus
