We’re looking for a roll-up-your-sleeves person to join our team and build a career as a Delivery Associate I in Coquitlam, British Columbia. 

DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the timely delivery of our coffee and related products to our customers.The Delivery Associate I is an important part of the operations team and is responsible for ensuring that our customer’s expectations and needs are fully satisfied.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Performs timely delivery of coffee and related products to the customers on an assigned route (approximately 20 deliveries per day);
  • Performs preventive maintenance in order to decrease the number of service calls.
  • Maintain a safe work environment following all legislative requirements and Company policies and procedures.

This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties as may be assigned by the line manager.


Total Rewards:

CAD $23.00 - $26.00 hourly

Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors.


Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma;
  • 1 year in similar driving/delivery role;
  • Valid Driver's License and clean drivers abstract;

COMPETENCIES

  • Bilingualism in concerned provinces;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Demonstrated computer literacy including working knowledge of email, Microsoft Office Suite, Internet. Applications, and inventory control software;
  • Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
