Maintenance Planner
The Maintenance Planner has overall equipment reliability responsibilities at the Keurig Dr Pepper facility in Columbus, OH. This position is part of the production team and reports to the Maintenance Operations Manager and will comply with safety and quality standards to meet customer demand in an environment producing over 35 million finished good cases per year.
Shift and Schedule:This is a full time position working on 1stshift, Monday - Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm. Flexibility for additional coverage outside of these hours, including potential weekends and/or holidays, is also required as needed.
Position Responsibilities:
- Maximize equipment reliability by use of planned maintenance.
- Quickly return equipment to OEM design as needed.
- Collect data for each piece of equipment to determine the MTBF (Meantime Between Failure).
- Assist in scheduling maintenance activities on the production line to ensure there are no breakdowns.
- Work with the team to drive autonomous maintenance on the production line.
- Print, assign, ensure completion of, confirm and TECO all preventative maintenance tasks in SAP – EAM on a daily / weekly basis.
- Capture and communicate needs and opportunities that arise from preventative maintenance tasks when entering them in SAP.
- Assist in contacting vendors for machine parts to obtain quotes.
- Update and ensure CIL and care packages for machine centers are up to date and relevant.
- Assist in completion of purchase requisitions for ordering of machine parts.
- Work with the machine operators and mechanics to determine what is needed to complete repairs and preventative maintenance on the equipment.
- Operate within the repairs and maintenance budget for the production line.
- Identify maintenance related issues on the production equipment and create action plans to have them corrected.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated understanding and proven implementation of TPM/5S.
Total Rewards:
- Compensation: Pay range between $32.78/hr - $44.86/hr
Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
- 2 years of experience in Maintenance Planning preferred
- 2 years of experience as a mechanic in a plant or manufacturing environment preferred
- 4 years of Microsoft Excel experience using V-lookups and Charts preferred
- 2 years of experience with SAP or similar manufacturing application preferred
