As a Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving paid media performance while strengthening how our team operates day to day. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Growth, you will own execution and performance optimization of Keurig’s branded campaigns, a critical and high-impact driver of overall revenue and efficiency.
You will translate strategy into clear execution plans, turn data into action, and support paid media specialists by improving execution, surfacing insights and driving a strong ‘so what’ mindset.
You’ll partner closely with Creative, Performance Measurement, and Merchandising teams to ensure insights lead to more effective ads, stronger measurement, and better-performing activations.
Success in this role means bringing structure to ambiguity, challenging thinking with data and consistently driving measurable performance improvements. It requires curiosity, a willingness to question assumptions, and openness to evolving perspectives based on data.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Ownership & Execution
- Own execution and optimization of Keurig brand demand across paid media, ensuring strong efficiency, coverage and continued growth across a critical revenue-driving area
- Translate strategy into clear execution plans across Search, Shopping/PMAX, and Paid Social, and drive actions that improve revenue, efficiency, and subscription growth (KSK/AD)
- Lead high-impact initiatives (e.g., restructures, funnel optimization, subscription growth) with measurable outcomes
Analytics, Insights & Action
- Own reporting and performance narratives, delivering clear insights and actions in weekly, monthly, and quarterly readouts
- Identify risks and opportunities by exploring data and connecting signals across channels, and translate findings into prioritized actions
- Raise analytical rigor across Category Leads, ensuring insights consistently lead to execution
- Operations, Process & Accountability
- Build and operationalize processes across creative planning, testing and reporting, and own the team’s operating rhythm (testing cadence, creative refresh cycles, performance reviews)
- Ensure consistent, high-quality execution across category-led areas of the business
- Drive accountability across paid media specialists through clear plans, performance visibility, and consistent follow-through
- Leverage automation, alerts, and emerging tools (including AI where applicable) to improve efficiency, surface performance changes, and enable faster decision-making across campaigns
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Creative, Performance Measurement, and Merchandising teams to apply insights and improve ads, measurement, and activations
- Translate paid media performance into clear narratives and recommendations that drive cross-functional decisions

Total Rewards:
- Salary Range: $96,800 - $120,000
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
- Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
- Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in eCommerce or DTC
- Strong hands-on experience across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, PMAX, Paid Display) and Paid Social (Meta)
- Proven ability to translate data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive outcomes
- Experience optimizing toward performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, revenue or subscription growth
- Experience building or improving processes (testing frameworks, reporting, campaign operations)
- Strong analytical toolkit (GA4, Excel, BI tools such as Power BI); familiarity with A/B testing and incrementality
- Comfortable influencing cross-functional teams and driving alignment without direct authority
- High ownership mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Curious and open-minded, with a willingness to challenge assumptions and adapt thinking based on new data
