Fall 2026 Co-op - Front End Engineering
As a Fall 2026 Co-op - Front End Engineering at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) in our Burlington, MA office, you will work with a team of software engineers to deliver complex solutions related to the User Interface needs of Mobile and Web application projects.
Shift/Schedule:
- The Fall 2026 Co-op Program will run from July 13 – December 11, 2026
- Location: Burlington, MA
- Full-time; 40 hours per week
- Monday-Friday
- 8:00am until 5:00pm
- Hybrid
As a Front End Engineering Co-op you will:
- Familiarity with tools like React or React-Native
- Familiarity with TypeScript or JavaScript language
- Ability to learn and understand project software development standards
- Ability to understand project requirements and project direction

- Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment
- Receive mentor support for your professional development
- Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
- Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
- Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business
Total Rewards:
- $31.00/ hour
- Paid bi-weekly
- $5,000 Sign-on Bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment
Requirements:
- Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Computer Science or another Software Engineering related field
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes
