We’re looking for a Brand Manager to help take this brand to its next chapter—expanding its reach, modernizing its voice, and unlocking growth across both our core business and innovation platforms. - Lead the next chapter of growth
Define and drive a clear brand vision rooted in consumer truth—identifying where to double down in the base business and where to unlock whitespace through innovation. - Unlock demand across everyday rituals
Strengthen the brand’s role in daily coffee moments while stretching into new formats, occasions, and product propositions that bring new consumers in. - Build culturally relevant, breakthrough marketing
Own the integrated communications strategy end-to-end—developing work that shows up with personality, warmth, and relevance in culture. - Champion the brand across the organization
Be the voice of the consumer and the business—aligning cross-functional partners across insights, innovation, sales, and media to deliver against bold growth goals. - Operate with a GM mindset
Manage the business with rigor—prioritizing investments, making data-informed decisions, and driving accountability for results.

Total Rewards:
- Salary Range: $96,800 - $133,000
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
- Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
- Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
Requirements:
Who You Are
You’re equal parts strategist, builder, and operator—someone who sees the opportunity in a beloved brand and knows how to unlock it.
- 3+ years of brand marketing or brand management experience, ideally in CPG or beverage
- Strong general management mindset with data-informed decision making
- Deep consumer curiosity and ability to translate insights into action
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with urgency and sound judgment
- Proven ability to influence across functions and lead without direct authority
- Strength in balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Passion for building brands that people genuinely love
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
