Job Overview:

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a dynamic and analytical Associate Manager of Media Partnerships & Ad Tech to join our in-house media team. This role is pivotal in bridging data-driven audience strategy with personalized creative execution across programmatic and social media platforms. You will be responsible for building and managing high-performing media audiences/tactics and collaborating with creative agency and technology partners to deliver relevant, impactful campaigns that drive brand growth and consumer engagement.

Audience Strategy & Activation

  • Assistin the development and management of audience segmentation strategies using first-party, second-party, and third-party data sources for annual and ongoing planning with KDP Data Science, Media, and partner agencies

  • Assist in building customretail media network audiences across programmatic platforms (DSPs) and social media channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

  • Partner with KDP Media and agency partners to leverage consumer insights and behavioral data for media planning,activation, and measurementin National, Local and Retailermedia

  • Steward priority audience segments from CDP development through activation and measurement. 

  • Monitor audience performance and recommend optimizationsalign with agency buying team based on campaign KPIs and business objectives in real-time and post-campaign

  • Analyze and review publisher inventory/supply sources for insights and opportunities.

  • Create new relationships with emerging data partners to bring new technologies and audience sources.

  • Development, ownership, and syndication of a Media Data/Ad Tech Activation Playbook.

Creative Personalization Strategy

  • Assist in thproject management ofprecision creative strategy with relevant stakeholders, agencies.

  • Build a creative personalization plan based on the brand’s needs and the brand’s capabilities.

  • Collaborate with creative partners and internal teams to develop personalized creative strategies tailored to audience segments and placements.

  • Ensure seamless integration of creative assets with media platforms using ad tech partners and tools.

  • Ensure seamless integration of creative media performance data to predetermined destination for analysis.

  • Test and iterate creative messaging and formats to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with media planners, executional teams, brand teams, and analytics to align audience and creative strategies with broader marketing goals.

  • Partner with external vendors and platforms to stay ahead of emerging technologies and best practices.

  • Audit all programmatic & social activities by agency on a campaign-by-campaign basis.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insight in a clear and precise manner.

Measurement & Insights

  • Collaborate with measurement and media activation teams to evaluate audience and creative performance, supporting overall learning agenda andingoingcommercial forecast.

  • Contribute to the real-time performance tracking & evaluation of campaigns in-flight.

  • Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for future campaigns. 


Total Rewards:
  • Salary Range: $76,400-$100,000

  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Data Science, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in media strategy, programmatic advertising, retail media, marketing analytics,or digital media investment.

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience within DSPs or social platforms, and/or DMPs/CDPs.

  • Understanding of dynamic creative technologies (DCO ad serving) and audience-based media buying.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into tactical plans.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and creative teams.

  • Ability to manage your own projects within a fast-paced work environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in CPG or beverage industry.

  • Familiarity with CDP clean rooms/identity resolution tools and privacy-compliant data practices.

  • Agency experienceData/Technologyexperience or Vendor side experience
