Job Overview:
The Financial Systems Analyst supports Keurig Dr Pepper’s Financial Services and Controllership departments by partnering with the IT, Commercial Finance and Supply Chain departments to provide front-line support for all financial systems, design and develop key financial reports and analysis and develop process automation primarily in the Financial Services and Accounting areas, to meet changing business needs.
This position is a hybrid role based in Frisco, TX, with in-office work from Tuesday to Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement in financial processes and systems.
  • Automate manual tasks and streamline workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process automation solutions.
  • Provide technical support for financial software, including troubleshooting issues, resolving errors, and optimizing system performance.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of financial systems with other enterprise applications.
  • Assist end-users in navigating financial applications, addressing queries, and providing training as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with vendors to evaluate and implement new financial software solutions.
  • Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and controls.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to proactively enhance financial systems.

Total Rewards:
  • Salary Range: $62,500 - $95,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Experience with MS Power Platform required with other low-code/no-code applications, such as Alteryx or QuickBase preferred
  • Proficiency in financial software applications, including but not limited to SAP (preferred), Oracle Financials, or NetSuite
  • 1-2 years finance, accounting, or applicable experience preferred
  • Knowledge of data modeling and data visualization tools, such as PowerBI, MicroStrategy, and Tableau, utilizing multiple sources of data throughout a diverse environment of information systems
  • Familiarity with database management and SQL queries
  • Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve system-related issues
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in system implementations/upgrades including system design/development, meticulous
    testing/validation, and deployment/implementation
  • Confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information
  • Adaptability to changing technology landscapes
