The Aseptic Whole Line Performance Leader is accountable for the safe, reliable, and efficient performance of the complete Sidel and Krones aseptic production line—from blow molding through filling, capping, conveying, labeling, packaging, and palletizing. This role owns execution and results across the line, including safety, quality, customer fill rate, case attainment, OEE2, unplanned and planned downtime, waste, and cost per case.
The Aseptic Whole Line Performance Leader will establish and execute the operating strategy for the Sidel and Krones aseptic line, aligning Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Planning, and OEM support to deliver sustained top-quartile whole-line performance.
The role leads daily line execution, loss elimination, reliability improvement, operating discipline, and capability development across the entire aseptic process. Responsibilities include setting performance priorities, coordinating shift and functional resources, leading tiered performance reviews, removing systemic constraints, ensuring operational readiness for product, package, and equipment changes, and sustaining improvements through standard work, preventive maintenance, centerlining, root cause problem solving, and operator and technician skill development.
The Aseptic Whole Line Performance Leader is a key member of the Plant Leadership Team and serves as the single point of accountability for Sidel and Krones aseptic line performance. The role connects Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Planning, and OEM partners; establishes clear priorities and owners; escalates barriers; and ensures corrective actions are completed and sustained. This position reports to the Plant Manager.

What you will do:
- Own Whole-Line Performance for the Sidel and Krones Aseptic Line
- Develop and lead a cross-functional rapid response team capable of diagnosing, containing, and permanently eliminating losses across the complete aseptic line.
- Serve as the line owner between CAPEX teams, OEMs, and the plant for new installations, ensuring design integration, operational readiness, vertical ramp-up, and sustained performance across the connected line.
- Work with E&T Pillar owner to develop training for technical independence
- Work with AM/PM Pillar owner to develop Platinum Level PMs, CIL, cleaning and OH schedules
- Work with AM/PM Pillar to ensure annual audits are completed in a timely manner
- Work with OEMs on pricing for parts – align with audits and OH for group/bulk pricing
- Vertical ramp up of new equipment installs aligning with your SME category
- Lead capital projects, executing with excellence and vertical ramp ups.
- Collaborate with corporate Supply Planning team on network capacity plans in delivering critical equipment maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with site leadership to ensure Operations Model labor standards are being met for maintenance teams.
- Lead and deliver maintenance and reliability related productivity projects.
- Responsible for functional area network dashboards, and corrective actions to drive KPI improvement. Drives sustainable improvements to positively impact the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), Manage SRM Dashboards, and Scorecards relative to cost, productivity and on-time delivery by optimizing labor and production capabilities.
- Work with Human Resources and Talent Acquisition to develop and execute improvement strategies for engagement, recruiting and retention across the network.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize cases per maintenance labor hour.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and bargaining agreements related to maintenance department planning as it relates to KDP programs.
- Develops tools to acquire, trend and analyze efficient production output.
- Follows all policies, ergonomic standards and safety requirements directed by KDP and the department.
- Liaison with OEM’s on training curriculum to ensure Operational Readiness that supports vertical start-ups and sustainable OOE2
- Performs other duties as requested by management.
Total Rewards:
- Salary Range: $96,800 - $150,000
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements:
- Expertise in Aseptic Blow Molding, Filling and Capping
- Experience with aseptic filling is required
- Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technical/Engineering preferred. Master’s degree in business or engineering management a plus
- Project management certification a plus
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a combination of manufacturing and engineering
- Demonstrated management experience and performance improvement in equipment maintenance and reliability.
- Highly competent knowledge of SAP/CMMS transactional processes
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of leading teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Ability to develop and implement effective maintenance strategies.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to equipment and facilities maintenance.
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred.
