Location: 931 South Highland Ave, Tucson, AZ 85719
Shift & Schedule: This is a full-time position currently working Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
The site is expected to transition to a 24/7 operation in the near future. When this occurs, similar shift hours will likely remain, but schedules may adjust to include Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday coverage. Flexibility to support changing business needs will be important.
The Batcher is responsible for preparing, mixing, and blending ingredients used to produce finished syrup for Keurig Dr Pepper’s beverage portfolio. This role supports the manufacturing process by ensuring product quality, maintaining safety standards, and contributing to continuous improvement in productivity, delivery, and overall plant performance.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by consistently demonstrating safe work practices
Collaborate with production team members to ensure continuous syrup flow to production lines
Mix and blend ingredients to create accurate syrup batches
Operate batching equipment safely and efficiently, including setup, operation, and sanitation
Perform quality checks and maintain accurate documentation to support food safety compliance
Manage ingredient inventory, including receiving and controlling sugar and other materials
Identify opportunities for productivity improvements and process enhancements
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 80 lbs
Ability to stand and remain active throughout the entire shift
Frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing stairs/ladders, twisting, and reaching overhead
Ability to work in varying temperature and humidity conditions
Total Rewards:
- Pay starting at $24.50 per hour.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED preferred
Ability to learn quickly with a strong interest in understanding processing and batching equipment
Mechanical aptitude and prior food manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to safely learn and operate a forklift in a pedestrian environment
Self-motivated team player with strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Comfortable using basic computer functions and learning production software
Basic math skills for production calculations
Understanding of fundamental chemistry concepts (such as pH and pH probes) is a plus
