Job Overview:
The Quality Analyst provides business critical data analysis and reporting across the manufacturing network, including new product development, qualification testing, manufacturing and continuous improvement teams. In addition, Quality Analyst supports continuous improvement efforts and may develop and implement solutions to support Quality Data Systems and programs to improve overall continuous improvement effectiveness. Analysts must be able to think critically and supports the developments of solutions that solve immediate problems while continually driving towards long term goals.
Quality Analyst will be expected to deliver analyses on existing key performance indicators (KPIs and scorecard) while also performing exploratory analysis to identify enhanced business metrics. Additionally, this role must be able to understand the validity of data sources, have a strong attention to detail, and be able to communicate the analysis output effectively, both written and verbally.

What you will do:

  • Understands processes to collect, filter, and interrogate data for problem identification and resolution in support of business and functional goals
  • Leads structured problem solving teams, including troubleshooting and resolution of quality issues utilizing quality tools (cause and effect, process mapping, statistical methods, etc.) with the ultimate goal being implementation of effective corrective actions
  • Supports new product and process equipment development, specifically trials and test runs for material, process, product, and/or suppliers
  • Prepares process test plans and detailed reports for operations, engineering and quality to execute
  • Provides feedback to Engineering and R&D on improvements to product and equipment specifications
  • Regular reporting of measures that communicate process outputs relative to Keurig Dr Pepper metrics and customer requirements/specifications
  • Perform audits, investigations, and test procedures with operations, engineering, R & D and other departments in order to address quality related issues
  • Author and develop, in partnership with the multisite and plant departments testing, procedures and programs to promote product and process quality
  • Interpret and identify quality improvement opportunities from records and reports (customer complaints, internal issues, etc.)
  • Lead cross-functional Kaizen events on new and existing programs
  • Summarize and report out results from process improvement teams
  • Audit production processes to record, document, and evaluate consistency to customer and specifications and validation of corrective actions over time
  • Evaluates and executes quality requirements from our customers (internal and external) for new product and process transfers
  • Works with quality team to create a manual of quality policies, procedures and test methods when new technology is transferred to our manufacturing sites
  • Train personnel in basic quality tools and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Use and maintain quality databases (design, create, import, export, query, report, analyze)
  • Performs other job related duties as requested by management
  • Models the Keurig Dr Pepper values
  • Follow all Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures

Total Rewards:
  • Salary Range: $80,169 - $91,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's in Engineering; 0-3+ years of relevant experience in the support of development and production of consumer goods and/or services are desired 
  • Experience coordinating hardware or software across supply chain desired
  • Experienced with contract manufacturing and supplier quality management desired
  • Quality experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Global Food Safety Intuitive and HACCP principles desired
  • Lean Six Sigma experience preferred
  • Food Industry experience preferred
  • Experience with SAP preferred
  • Ability to uphold Safety standards, participate in, and/or lead Continuous Process Improvement
  • On the job learning, and follow our established Manufacturing best practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
  • Ability to get along with others, be punctual, and follow instructions
