Job Overview:

Manufacturing Production Supervisor
Location: 8900 Page Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63114 | Shift: 1st (6:30 AM – 2:00 PM, Mon–Fri)

Lead and manage production personnel across multiple high-speed packaging lines in a beverage manufacturing facility. Responsible for executing daily schedules, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct daily operations and personnel to meet production goals.

  • Ensure adherence to labor budgets, safety standards, and quality metrics.

  • Analyze production data to identify efficiency opportunities.

  • Recommend and implement long-term improvements (equipment, processes, materials).

  • Champion continuous improvement through Lean, Kaizen, and TPM methodologies.

  • Maintain accurate production documentation and reports.

  • Foster a positive, accountable team culture focused on trust, safety, and performance.

  • Ensure compliance with labor contracts and company policies.

    • This is an exempt, salaried position paid on a biweekly basis. Compensation is flexible and determined based on the candidate’s experience

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).

  • Proven leadership in manufacturing or packaging environments.

  • Knowledge of Lean principles and CI tools.

  • Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience preferred.
