Location: 6135 Anderson Mill Rd., Moore, SC 29369
Shift and Scheudle: This is a full-time, salaried position working Monday–Friday during normal business hours while supporting a 24/7 manufacturing operation. Flexibility to support off-shift and weekend operations as business needs arise is expected.
The Senior Quality Manager is responsible for leading the site's Quality, Batching, and Sanitation functions to ensure safe, high-quality products that meet customer, regulatory, and company standards. This role partners closely with Operations, Maintenance, R&D, Supply Chain, and Corporate Quality to drive food safety, regulatory compliance, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
What You'll Do
Lead, coach, and develop Quality, Batching, and Sanitation teams while fostering a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Ensure products consistently meet quality, food safety, customer, and regulatory requirements while supporting daily production schedules.
Manage quality systems, certifications, audits, product specifications, documentation, and compliance with GMP, FSMA, FDA, GFSI/SQF, and company standards.
Analyze quality data, monitor KPIs, develop dashboards and scorecards, and drive data-based process improvements.
Lead CAPA and A3 problem-solving efforts to improve product quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
Partner with Production and Maintenance to strengthen quality systems and reinforce quality ownership throughout the plant.
Support new product launches, material qualifications, supplier approvals, and process improvements in collaboration with R&D and Procurement.
Oversee sanitation programs, quality reporting, product disposition, third-party audits, and enterprise Quality & Food Safety initiatives.
Total Rewards:
- Targeted annual compensation range of $130,000- $145,000.
- This is a salaried, exempt position paid biweekly. Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Quality, or a related field preferred.
5–10 years of quality leadership experience in food and beverage manufacturing, including hands-on experience with SPC, DOE, TQM, TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies.
3–5+ years of experience leading and developing technical manufacturing teams.
Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSMA, SQF, Food Defense, and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
Experience introducing new products, materials, suppliers, and manufacturing processes.
Demonstrated success developing quality strategies that improve KPIs, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience preferred.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Ability to travel occasionally and work a flexible schedule to support a 24/7 operation.
