Merchandiser / Local CDL A Combination Driver - St. Joseph, Missouri

We’re hiring a Merchandiser / Local CDL A Combination Driver to deliver, stock, and merchandise our products at local retail stores. If you like being on the move and working independently, this could be a great fit—no experience required!

About the Role

Deliver products to small and large retail stores on an assigned route
Unload product using a hand dolly or electric pallet jack
Stock and rotate products on shelves and in coolers
Set up clean, organized product displays
Travel between stores in your territory (personal vehicle required for merchandising only—products are delivered ahead of time)
Build positive relationships with store teams
Use a company‑issued phone to clock in/out and track mileage

Shift and Schedule

Monday through Friday
5:00am until route is finished
Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
Local routes

About You

We are looking for a self-motivated and customer service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You enjoy interacting with people and would rather be off your truck than sitting behind the wheel. This position could utilize the following equipment: Tractor Trailer - Semi - Pup Trailer - Box Truck - 28 ft Trailer - 32 ft Trailer - 53 ft Trailer - Delivery Truck - Side Load - Side Bay - Trailer with lift gate - pallet jack - hand truck - dolly

This position could include: Driving - CDL - Class A CDL - Delivery Truck Driver - OTR - Delivery Driver - Customer Delivery - Commercial Driver’s License

Total Rewards:

Pay starting at $25.76 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $27.16 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.

Requirements:

High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
21 years of age or older
Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly
Valid Commercial Driver’s License A (CDL A)
Ability to maintain valid DOT Driver Qualification File
Proof of Vehicle Insurance
