We’re looking for a roll-up-your-sleeves person to join our team and build a career as an Operations Associate II in Moncton, New Brunswick. 

DESCRIPTION

Responsible for all duties necessary to support warehouse, delivery and technical teams.The OperationsAssociate II is an important roleto ensure our success of our operations within location.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments from trucks;
• Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipment;
• Plan and organize delivery routes for drivers;
• Operate warehouse equipment (such as forklifts and pallet jacks) once properly trained;
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment;
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures.

This list is not exhaustive. Any other related duties as may be assigned by the line manager.

CAD $45,700.00 - $64,064.00 annually.

Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors. Benefits, subject to eligibility: medical, dental, disability, life insurance, paid time off (including vacation and personal time), RRSP with company match, tuition reimbursement, employee and family assistance program, and coffee discount.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School diploma preferred;

• 1 year in similar role;

• Valid Driver's License and clean drivers abstract;

• Strong mechanical aptitude – previous electronic/plumbing/electrical experience.

COMPETENCIES

• Bilingualism in concerned provinces;

• Basic computer skills; 

• Strong communication (verbal, written) and customer-service skills;

• Ability to handle a physically demanding job with heavy lifting (up to 50lbs).
