Winter 2027 LEAP Intern – Brand Marketing (RTD Alcohol & Clamato)
Job Overview:
The Winter 2027 LEAP Intern – Brand Marketing role provides an opportunity to support a fast-growing Ready-to-Drink (RTD) alcohol portfolio during a pivotal year of innovation and national brand execution. The intern will support both the RTD team and the Clamato team with marketing initiatives across brand, innovation, experiential marketing, and commercialization, gaining exposure to end-to-end brand management within a highly dynamic, regulated category. 60% of the intern’s time will be allocated to the RTD team, with 40% being allocated to the Clamato team.

- Hybrid; 3 days in office
- Monday–Friday
Responsibilities Across Both Portfolios
- Integrated Marketing & Social — Support campaign and always-on social execution, including content planning, agency and creator collaboration, asset routing, PR/XM and partnership activity.
- Innovation & Packaging — Support innovation, NPD and packaging projects, including research coordination, agency management, reviews and commercialization inputs.
- Business & Project Management — Analyze business performance, marketplace trends and campaign results; manage project timelines and trackers; coordinate cross-functional inputs and agency partners to keep initiatives moving.
Ready-to-Drink (RTD) – Brand & Commercial Execution
Support the RTD Brand Manager across a growing, multi-brand portfolio, with a focus on bringing priority initiatives to market effectively. This role will also support the launch of innovation through a social-led, creator-first campaign strategy designed to drive both brand awareness and consumer conversion.
- Support Snapple Spiked and other priority RTD campaigns, including social, PR, partnerships, experiential, sampling programs, and creator-led initiatives that build awareness and trial.
- Partner cross-functionally to ready the commercial team ahead of the key RTD selling season, ensuring teams are equipped with the tools, materials, and insights required to drive executional excellence in market.
- Contribute to innovation and packaging workstreams, including research, design development, and launch planning.
- Prepare fact-based business and portfolio analysis to identify insights and support decision-making.
Clamato – 2027 Masterbrand Launch & Activation
Work closely with the Clamato Brand Manager as the brand enters a new era in 2027, launching a new masterbrand strategy and campaign with a more social-first, creator-led approach and increased activation, sponsorship and social presence.
- Support campaign and social execution, including content planning, creator and agency coordination and asset management.
- Support activation, experiential and sampling programs, from planning and coordination through to execution.
- Support sponsorship and partnership programs, including deliverable tracking, partner coordination and execution readiness.
- Contribute to PR, innovation, packaging and performance analysis that supports continued brand growth and cultural relevance.
Intern Learning & Experience Outcomes
Through these projects, the intern will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end brand management, integrated marketing, social and creator marketing, innovation and packaging, commercial planning, business analysis and cross-functional project management within a leading CPG business.

Total Rewards:
CAD $22.00 hourly
Requirements:
- 2+ years of university study with a Marketing and/or Business Administration focus.
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Comfort with data and analytics — able to draw insights from performance and marketplace information.
- Social media savvy, with a strong understanding of current platforms, trends, and content best practices.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Genuine passion for brand building and marketing.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.
- Knowledge of or experience in the CPG / FMCG / alcohol industry is an asset.
