Job Overview:

The Summer 2026 LEAP Intern – RTD Alcohol Marketing role provides an opportunity to support a fast-growing Ready-to-Drink (RTD) alcohol portfolio during a pivotal year of innovation and national brand execution. The intern will support 360° marketing initiatives across brand, innovation, experiential marketing, and commercialization, gaining exposure to end-to-end brand management within a highly dynamic, regulated category.

Shift / Schedule

  • Program Dates: May 4 – December 11, 2026
  • Location: Mississauga, ON
  • Hybrid; 3 days in office
  • Monday–Friday

As an RTD Marketing Intern, you will:

  • Support the national relaunch of Snapple Spiked across PR, social, digital, and experiential channels
  • Assist with agency coordination, asset development, approvals, and content trafficking
  • Support innovation launches through packaging development and research coordination
  • Help prepare sell-in stories and presentations for liquor board pitch cycles
  • Develop visual assets such as packaging renders and executional mockups
  • Partner cross-functionally to support omni-channel marketing strategies
  • Support Clamato RTD execution and future innovation planning

Elements of the LEAP Internship Program include:

  • Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment
  • Receive mentor support for your professional development
  • Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
  • Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting
  • Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate student with 2+ years completed in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Passion for brand building and consumer marketing
  • Experience with Microsoft Suites, proficiency in PowerPoint
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working on alcohol brand
