As a Manager of Transfer Pricing within the Global Tax Department, you will play a key role in shaping and supporting the Group's global transfer pricing strategy. Working closely with the International Tax Director, you will help drive the evolution of the Group's transfer pricing framework, ensuring it remains aligned with business objectives, operating models and global tax requirements.
This role combines strategic transfer pricing advisory responsibilities with oversight of key operational transfer pricing activities. You will partner with stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Controllership and Operations to deliver practical transfer pricing solutions that support business growth while managing risk in an increasingly complex global tax environment.
Role Responsibilities
Transfer Pricing Strategy and Business Partnering
- Support the development and execution of the Group's global transfer pricing strategy.
- Provide transfer pricing input on business initiatives, restructurings, operating model changes, acquisitions, integrations and new market expansions.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure transfer pricing considerations are appropriately reflected in commercial decision-making.
- Evaluate the transfer pricing implications of evolving business models and recommend practical solutions aligned with the Group's objectives.
- Support the ongoing development of the Group's transfer pricing policies, governance framework and operating model.
Transfer Pricing Risk and Controversy Management
- Support transfer pricing audits, tax authority enquiries and controversy matters across multiple jurisdictions.
- Coordinate responses to information requests and prepare supporting analysis and documentation.
- Partner with external advisors and internal stakeholders to manage transfer pricing risks and support efficient outcomes.
- Monitor OECD and jurisdiction-specific developments and assess their potential impact on the Group.
Transfer Pricing Operations Oversight
- Oversee the Group's transfer pricing compliance framework, including documentation and reporting requirements.
- Provide oversight of Master File, Local File and Country-by-Country Reporting processes.
- Review quarterly transfer pricing monitoring and testing activities to ensure alignment with Group policies.
- Support the maintenance of intercompany agreements and transfer pricing documentation.
- Identify opportunities to enhance transfer pricing processes, governance and operational effectiveness.

Requirements:
- 5-7+ years of transfer pricing experience gained through a combination of multinational industry and Big 4 environments.
- Strong technical transfer pricing expertise, including OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, U.S. transfer pricing regulations and international transfer pricing requirements.
- Experience supporting transfer pricing strategy, business transformation initiatives and complex cross-border transactions.
- Commercially minded, with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into practical business solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across a global organisation.
