Vice President, DSD On Premise
Are you a visionary commercial leader ready to shape the future of beverage consumption in North America? Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a dynamic Vice President, On Premise to lead our high-growth, high-impact on premise business—driving execution, innovation, and customer obsession across channels. As the VP of DSD On Premise, you’ll be the architect of our strategy—translating consumer trends and customer needs into bold action. You’ll lead with agility and precision, overseeing all aspects of execution across channels like At Work, Healthcare, Education, Foodservice, and others. Your mission: to accelerate growth, expand availability, and build a high-performing team that wins in the moments that matter. You’ll report to the SVP & GM of DSD and partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, Supply Chain, and Field Operations to deliver a seamless customer and consumer experience. Your leadership will fuel the growth of our powerhouse portfolio—from Snapple Zero Sugar to CORE Hydration and C4 Energy.
Key Accountabilities
- Lead with Vision & Execution
- Set the strategic direction for the On Premise business and overall B2B strategy, aligned with enterprise priorities and growth targets.
- Translate national brand and channel strategies into regional execution plans that deliver measurable results.
- Drive performance across key On Premise channels: Convenience, QSR, Fitness, Education, and others - Lead the development and execution of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- Build a High-Performing Team
- Inspire, coach, and develop a talented team of sales and execution leaders, as well as our equipment service team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, agility, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and develop top talent, ensuring strong succession and bench strength. Champion inclusion and engagement across all levels of the organization.
- Drive Commercial Excellence
- Expand our universe of accounts by leading new business development and prospecting strategies.
- Leverage data and insights (e.g., Go Spot Check, National Tracker) to optimize in-store execution and face-to-face selling.
- Lead quarterly blitzes and innovation launches to drive brand visibility and trial.
- Partner with Revenue Growth Management to optimize pricing, pack strategy, and promotional effectiveness.
- Collaborate Across the Enterprise
- Work cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Category Management, and Demand Planning to align on innovation, priorities, and execution.
- Partner with Equipment and Field Ops teams to ensure Cold Drink Equipment availability and performance.
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition to build a team that reflects the breadth of our consumers and communities.
- Champion Innovation & Growth
- Lead the charge on new product launches and category expansion—especially in Zero Sugar, Enhanced Water, and Energy.
- Maximize brand exposure through sampling, special events, and strategic partnerships.
- Identify whitespace opportunities and emerging channels to fuel future growth.

Total Rewards:
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements:
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Sales, Commercial Strategy, or Channel Development.
- Proven success in Immediate Consumption, On-Premise, or Convenience channels.
- Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, or Beverage industries.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, route-to-market strategies, and field execution.
