Senior Sales Analyst, DSD Sales Excellence

This position is based in our Frisco, TX office and follows a hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).

Position Summary

A critical component to the success of the US Refreshment Beverage (USRB) organization is ensuring our Direct Store Delivery (DSD) teams have the tools, reporting, and business processes necessary to execute at a high level.

As a Senior Sales Analyst, DSD Sales Excellence, you will play a key role in supporting and improving the systems, reporting capabilities, and operational processes used across the DSD organization. You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Analytics, and IT teams to identify opportunities, resolve business challenges, and implement solutions that improve execution, visibility, and speed to action.

This role will serve as a primary business partner for frontline digital enablement initiatives and will help manage the day-to-day support, enhancement, testing, and implementation of tools and reporting solutions that support DSD operations. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, project management capabilities, and business acumen to deliver practical solutions that improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

Frontline Digital Enablement & Business Support

  • Support the day-to-day operation, enhancement, and optimization of frontline digital enablement capabilities that support DSD execution.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for business stakeholders regarding system functionality, reporting capabilities, process improvements, and enhancement opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Information Technology teams to define business requirements, prioritize enhancements, support testing activities, and ensure successful solution delivery.
  • Help maintain alignment between business objectives and technology roadmaps while ensuring solutions meet operational needs.
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve user experience, adoption, and effectiveness.

Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Identify opportunities to simplify business processes, improve execution, and enhance organizational effectiveness through data-driven analysis and stakeholder feedback.
  • Evaluate existing capabilities and recommend scalable solutions that improve visibility, consistency, efficiency, and speed to action.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and best practices that support operational excellence.
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of DSD business processes, capabilities, and operating models.

Project Management & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead and support initiatives focused on improving sales execution capabilities and operational performance.
  • Coordinate activities across Sales, Operations, Analytics, and IT teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage business requirements, user acceptance testing, deployment support, and post-implementation activities.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and execution challenges while proactively driving resolution.
  • Foster strong working relationships across business and technical teams to drive alignment and results.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Support the development and enhancement of reporting solutions, dashboards, and business performance tools.
  • Analyze operational performance and provide insights that support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Ensure data and reporting solutions provide accurate, actionable, and trusted business insights.
  • Utilize tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, Excel, and related technologies to support analytical initiatives and business priorities.

Business Capability Development

  • Develop deep expertise across DSD operations, business processes, reporting solutions, and digital capabilities.
  • Influence standards and best practices through subject matter expertise.
  • Contribute recommendations that strengthen business capabilities and improve operational performance.
  • Deliver reliable, high-quality solutions that support organizational goals and ongoing business transformation efforts.


Total Rewards:
  • $76,400-$105,000 / year
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in business analytics, sales operations, sales excellence, business systems, or related functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities and implement solutions.
  • Experience partnering with technical teams to deliver business process improvements and technology enhancements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, Excel, and other reporting or visualization tools.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and drive results independently.
  • Experience within Direct Store Delivery (DSD), Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Sales Operations, or Route-to-Market organizations preferred.
  • Ability to travel approximately 20%
