Senior Analyst, DSD Digital Excellence - Frisco, TX
Job Summary: The Senior Analyst, DSD Digital Excellence, will play a key role in the analytic workstreams associated with our largest technological CRM transformation initiative, dedicated to our 8000+ frontline DSD teammates. Simply stated, the primary objective of the initiative is to digitally advantage our DSD frontline to sell smarter, service better, more seamlessly. The ideal candidate will be a mix of planner, analyst, techie, communicator and change agent. This is an incredibly exciting, fast-paced, high visibility and high impact role for the right associate. Travel expectations of this role are about 50% of the time.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Program Workstream Stewardship
- Partner with IT, SMEs and 3P to build a workable data model for the CRM solution.
- Collaborate & iterate to ensure all required data needed to drive program success is mapped, harmonized and available for use by key constituents throughout each program milestone.
- Find short & long term solutions to ensure that required data needs move at pace, while also continuing to build a sustainable data ecosystem through continuous improvement.
Drive 360 Reporting & Analytics
- Design and deliver ad hoc reports & simple dashboards to ensure visibility and accountability across various program planks: data readiness, solution utilization, and business impact.
- Data readiness is about ensuring cohesive, timely and accurate data delivery into the solution.
- Solution utilization is about field usage and pathing understanding as features deploy.
- Business impact is about ensuring visibility to core KPI uplift – both for leading indicators as well as net outcomes (think longitudinal test vs. control).
Leverage Data to Drive Positive Change
- Leverage analytics to aid tool deployment progress and drive continuous positive momentum. Examples include identifying opportunities for upstream data inputs, identifying early adopters and champions, spotlighting geographic hot spots needing behavioral focus, leveraging analytics to iterate and tune features for increased impact, etc.

Total Rewards:
- Salary Range: $76,400 - 105,000/ year
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
- Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
- Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
Requirements:
Required Qualifications:
- Must be willing to travel about 50% of the time
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- 3+ years of experience in a business facing analytics role with connectivity to tech partners
- Track Record – driving analytic projects, ideally rolled out to a scaled user base
- Expert Technical skills – Excel, PowerBI, SQL, Alteryx, Co-Pilot, etc.
- Ability to visualize and synthesize into Powerpoint, as well as communicate & translate findings to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities, self-start needed work and keep on track.
- Ability to influence and effectively problem-solve with teammates, partners, & stakeholders
- Agility, Accountability, Urgency - willingness to do whatever it takes to drive program success
Preferred Qualifications:
- Direct DSD Experience – especially developing analytic/tech solutions to various frontline functions: account managers, merchandisers, delivery drivers, etc.
- Familiarity with Agile Tech Development and CRM (ideally SF CG Cloud) implementation on a Mobile Device
