Job Overview:

As the new KDP Sr Manager of Omnichannel Marketing for Small Format, you will be responsible for leading the Omnichannel & eCommerce discipline for KDP’s brands within the group of retailers that sit within KDP’s Small Format division.  This includes the value and convenience retail channels. And as part of the KDP Connected Media organization, you will help strategically plan and activate the retail portion of our Integrated Brand Campaigns, making sure that we deliver against the campaign objectives and KPIs for the Small Format channels.   

The ideal candidate is data-oriented, analytically driven, and excels in strategic storytelling with a growth mindset. Someone who is ready and willing to roll up their sleeves to solve problems, celebrate success, and share learnings with cross-functional partners along the journey.

You will achieve your objectives by deeply understanding key performance metrics and strategic thinking to create joint business plans that influence key stakeholders and drive conversion to KDP products online, in-app, and in-store.

Strategic Marketing Expectations:

  • Think: Track and analyze key performance metrics, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and program performance data, to create a comprehensive commerce strategy designed to drive conversion within Small Format.
  • Collaborate: Develop collaborative partnerships with internal teams and retailer Marketing and Merchandising teams. 
  • Do: Expertly build and execute fully comprehensive omni-marketing programs to exceed key success metrics, staying within budget parameters and working cross-functionally with your agency partners. Programs will include in-store elements such as point-of-sale materials, sampling, digital media (onsite, offsite, social) and search.
  • Share: Proactively share best practices with peers and cross-functional partners
  • Be: The internal and external face of KDP’s Omnichannel team within Small Format, a critical growth-driving segment of KDP’s customer organization.

Omnichannel Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Shopper Marketing Expert: Leverage shopper insights, brand objectives, past program results, and customer objectives to develop and execute strategic omnichannel marketing plans & channel solutions for Small Format.
  • Deep Customer Expertise: Maintain an expert-level point of view on Small Format omnichannel & retail media capabilities to influence plan design and to drive continuous improvement against performance KPIs.
  • Desired Outcome: Create world-class marketing programs & channel solutions that grow KDP’s brands within Small Format and exceed KPIs across the shopper journey.

eCommerce Responsibilities:

  • eCommerce Proficiency: Leverage relevant data sources & cross-functional relationships to advance eCommerce performance goals within Small Format.  
  • Digital Shelf Expert: Partner with KDP’s Digital Shelf team to develop and activate channel relevant digital strategies for Small Format. 
  • Desired Outcome: Achieve eCommerce growth goals for Small Format.

Total Rewards:
  • Salary Range: $130,700 – 155,000 
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 7 years of shopper marketing/omni marketing/eCommerce experience, or Master’s degree and minimum 5 years of commercial experience
  • Proven experience with omnichannel marketing, retailer ecosystems (inclusive of retail media networks) and shopper insights that delivered tangible results
  • Previous successful experience within the value and/or convenience retail channels strongly preferred.
  • Experience in large scale (Fortune 500) Food & Beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, exhibiting a high degree of drive and energy and the ability to consistently produce results
  • Innovative and creative thinker and problem solver who can manage the details without losing sight of the goal
  • Strategic thinker with strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills
  • Must be completely PC proficient, able to develop his/her own oral and visual presentations, spreadsheets and general correspondence
