Senior Executive Administrative Assistant
Frisco, TX ID de la oferta 143164 Categoría de la oferta Administrative Nivel de empleo Colaborador Individual Tipo de puesto Tiempo completoJob Overview:
At Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), the consumer is at the heart of everything we do. Join the team at KDP and make a difference to consumers with one of America's leading producers and distributors of hot and cold beverages helping to satisfy every consumer's beverage need, anytime and anywhere.
The Senior Executive Administrative Assistant to the Chief Transformation Officer is not a traditional EA role. It sits at the intersection of executive operations and digital transformation — serving as a strategic partner, operational force multiplier, and digital pioneer who leads by example in adopting and scaling AI-powered tools across the enterprise administrative community.
This person will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the Chief Transformation Officer to design, build, and deploy intelligent agents and automated workflows that redefine how executive support is delivered — not just for one leader, but as a model for the organization. The expectation is that this role becomes the benchmark for what a digitally enabled EA looks like at KDP, actively coaching and equipping peers to follow.
The ideal candidate combines elite executive support instincts with genuine curiosity and hands-on capability in AI, automation, and low-code development. They navigate ambiguity, influence outcomes across functions, and see technology not as a tool to learn but as a lever to pull.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Partnership & Strategic Support
- Act as a key operational partner to the Chief Transformation Officer and the Transformation Management Office leader, supporting prioritization, cadence, communications, and follow-through on critical priorities.
- Anticipate executive needs by understanding business context, organizational dynamics, and upcoming decisions.
- Prepare the Chief Transformation Officer for executive-level meetings by ensuring appropriate context, materials, and stakeholder alignment, including interfacing with outside advisors to ensure flawless execution of transformation objectives.
- Serve as a sounding board on digital workflow design — pressure-testing agent outputs, flagging gaps, and suggesting improvements based on daily operational exposure.
Planning, Organization & Calendar Management
- Proactively manage a complex, high-volume executive calendar, balancing competing priorities across a matrixed organization.
- Oversee travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, and preparing detailed itineraries.
- Process and track T&E expense reports using Concur, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
- Manage meeting planning, including scheduling, AV setup, room bookings, and catering arrangements.
- Support team-wide and offsite meetings, such as planning sessions, workshops, and team-building activities.
- Ensure seamless guest experiences by coordinating meeting details and escorting attendees as needed.
- Actively identify scheduling and coordination tasks that can be partially or fully automated, and build those automations.
Transformation Culture & Team Engagement
- Support team culture initiatives, organizing in-person and virtual events, milestone celebrations, and engagement activities.
- Partner with other Transformation and enterprise executive administrative assistants to share best practices and drive consistency and collaboration.
- Contribute to a positive, high-performing administrative community across the organization.
- Serve as the lead digital champion within the EA community — proactively training, coaching, and inspiring peers to adopt AI tools, build their own agents, and modernize their workflows.
- Develop and maintain a shared playbook of agent templates, prompt libraries, and automation recipes that other EAs can adapt and deploy.
AI, Automation & Agent Building — Core Responsibility
- Co-develop the vision and roadmap for AI-enabled executive operations in partnership with the Chief Transformation Officer, translating strategic intent into working prototypes and deployed solutions.
- Design, build, test, and maintain Copilot agents and Power Automate workflows that address high-value use cases: email triage and prioritization, meeting prep automation, action-item tracking, stakeholder briefing generation, and reporting cadence management.
- Own prompt engineering and agent behavior refinement — iterating on tone, accuracy, logic, and output quality until agents meet executive-grade standards.
- Leverage Microsoft 365 Copilot aggressively across the full suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) — not as an occasional user, but as a daily power user pushing the boundaries of what's possible.
- Instrument and measure automation impact — track time saved, error reduction, and adoption metrics to build the case for scaling successful agents across the organization.
- Stay ahead of the curve on Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and emerging AI capabilities, proactively recommending new use cases and piloting features in pre-release or early adoption programs.
- Contribute to the broader digital transformation narrative by documenting wins, presenting outcomes to leadership, and serving as living proof that AI adoption works at every level of the organization.
- Python scripting knowledge is a plus, enabling more advanced data manipulation, API integrations, or custom agent logic.
Business & Operations Support
- Develop strong understanding of the Transformation organization, business priorities, and enterprise operating model to provide informed strategic support.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, tools, and processes that enhance efficiency, clarity, and scalability.
- Utilize technology tools for scheduling, planning, and meeting management, including:
- PowerPoint: Create professional presentations with embedded visuals and multimedia.
- Excel: Develop spreadsheets, pivot tables, and reports for data analysis.
- Workday: Navigate system features to support administrative tasks.
- Microsoft Teams: Optimize collaboration and communication in virtual environments.
Total Rewards:
- Salary range $76,400 - $120,000
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
- Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
- Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience providing executive support to C-level leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within a complex, matrixed organization.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) with expertise in the latest versions.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft 365 Copilot required, along with a demonstrated interest in learning and developing skills. Exposure to tools such as Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or similar low-code/no-code platforms is preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of using technology to eliminate manual work, improve processes, or scale personal productivity — candidates should be prepared to share specific examples.
- Willingness to learn Python scripting fundamentals; existing knowledge is a strong plus.
- Comfort operating as a peer coach and digital leader — this role will be expected to teach, not just do.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and grammatical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Superior organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset, with strong decision-making capabilities.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, adapt to competing priorities, and uphold the highest level of customer service and professionalism.
