The Senior Director, Commercial will lead the integrated commercial planning agenda for the Juice, Sauce, Snacks, Mixers, and Drink Mix business, translating business, customer, category, and consumer insights into strategies and action plans that support revenue, profit, share, and distribution growth. This leader will provide strategic direction across Customer Strategy & Commercialization, Demand Planning, Commercial Performance Management, Channel Strategy, and Field/HQ Revenue Growth Management, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and enterprise Revenue Growth Management partners.
The ideal candidate is a commercially minded leader with strong CPG experience, financial acumen, and a demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence across a matrix, and translate strategy into disciplined execution.
This position is based in our HQ in Frisco, TX and will have a hybrid schedule (3 days in office and 2 days remote on a weekly basis)
Responsibilties:
- Lead the development and execution of annual and long-range commercial plans that support JS&M revenue, profit, share, and distribution objectives.
- Translate consumer, customer, category, competitive, and business performance insights into clear growth priorities, commercial plans, and execution standards.
- Provide strategic leadership for Customer Strategy & Commercialization, including customer and channel strategies, assortment, merchandising, innovation commercialization, and selling stories.
- Guide demand planning, forecasting, and commercial performance management routines to improve forecast accuracy, service, inventory, and financial outcomes.
- Partner with Revenue Growth Management leaders to shape pricing, promotion, mix, assortment, and portfolio recommendations that support profitable growth.
- Partner with Sales leaders to identify performance gaps, strengthen customer plans, and accelerate execution across channels.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Innovation to develop customer-informed launch plans and maximize the commercial impact of portfolio initiatives.
- Establish and lead commercial KPIs, scorecards, and business review routines that create visibility to risks, opportunities, decisions, and actions.
- Serve as a strategic commercial partner to the JS&M leadership team, bringing forward fact-based recommendations and influencing cross-functional decisions.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team with clear accountability, strong succession, and future-ready commercial capabilities.
Total Rewards:
- Salary range $183,500 - $261,500
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

- Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
- Long-term incentive equity based on eligibility
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in commercial strategy, sales, revenue growth management, demand planning, customer strategy, business planning, or related leadership roles within CPG, beverage, food, retail, or a related industry.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and integrating multiple commercial disciplines, such as Customer Strategy & Commercialization, Demand Planning, Channel Strategy, Revenue Growth Management, Category Management, Sales Strategy, or Business Planning.
- Proven success developing talent, leading through influence, and driving alignment across a complex, matrixed organization.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with experience connecting strategy, analytics, and investment choices to revenue and profit outcomes.
- Ability to synthesize complex data, frame trade-offs, and translate insights into clear recommendations and executable plans.
- Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and change leadership skills.
