Work Schedule: This is a hybrid (2 days remote / 3 days onsite) role.

Responsibilities:
- Full life cycle recruiting from requisition to offer management for individual contributor to senior management roles.
- Actively stakeholder, source, and recruit an average of 20-25 salaried requisitions simultaneously with a target of 120 annual hire rate.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR leaders to clearly define the core requirements of the position, sourcing strategies, and to outline expectations for the recruitment process.
- Forecast, develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans for assigned market(s) to create candidate pipeline consistent with business trends reducing time to fill and improving candidate quality.
- Manage the interview, debrief and offer process, advising hiring managers of recruiting compliance and best practices.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to create a candidate pipeline to meet hiring needs, including but not limited to direct sourcing, employee referrals, etc.
- Present fully-screened, qualified candidates to hiring managers to maximize candidate experience and reduce time to fill.
- Present and negotiate offers with candidates.
- Manage applicant tracking requirements and related documentation to ensure compliance.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Understand market trends and employment conditions within assigned functions.
- Own weekly and quarterly business-specific reporting on business and team hiring goals.
- Adapts to process and technology evolution and implements changes to enhance efficiency.
- Participate in TA and HR team projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or minimum of 5 years of experience recruiting for professional level talent.
- French business language fluency (written and verbal).
- Experience recruiting in a variety of corporate functions including Marketing and Sales roles.
- Executive recruiting experience a plus.
- Combination of agency and in-house recruiting experience preferred.
- Experience with a variety of TA technologies including ATS, CRM, and video interview platforms (ex. iCIMS, Eightfold, HireVue).
- Sense of urgency and strong communication skills.
- Close attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data.
- Natural ability to network and influence recruiting decisions that will benefit the business.
- Willingness to pitch in where needed and support your team.
