Job Overview:

The Analyst role will support the day-to-day administration, data management, ticket tracking, documentation, and content review activities for KDP’s Docebo Learning Management System. This role is intended for a developing professional who is building LMS, data, process, and documentation skills while supporting established workflows under guidance from the LMS program owner.

This position will help ensure training records, user support, LMS content, system documentation, and reporting processes are accurate, organized, and consistently maintained. The role will work closely with internal stakeholders across EHS, Quality, Supply Chain, HR, and site teams to support LMS operations, troubleshoot routine user issues, and improve the consistency of LMS support processes.

Key Responsibilities

LMS Administration & Site Support

  • Support routine Docebo administrative activities, including course maintenance, learning plan support, user enrollment support, audience/group updates, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Help maintain organized records of support requests, recurring issues, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
  • Support site leaders, trainers, and functional contacts with basic LMS navigation, enrollment, completion, and reporting questions.

Ticket Management & User Support

  • Monitor and manage incoming LMS support requests and provide solutions through the designated ticket intake process.
  • Identify recurring support themes and help recommend updates to job aids, FAQs, communications, or SOPs.
  • Escalate complex technical or system issues to the LMS program owner, IT, Docebo Support, or other appropriate support teams.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Assist with recurring reports, ad hoc data requests, and dashboard support.
  • Support data-related cleanup activities tied to learners, enrollments, completions, courses, audiences, and learning plans.

SOPs, Work Instructions & Technical Documentation

  • Document standard processes for ticket handling, user troubleshooting, course setup, reporting, content review, and admin tasks.
  • Maintain organized documentation libraries so support materials are easy to find and use.
  • Convert repeated support responses into reusable templates, FAQs, and process guidance.

Total Rewards:
  • Salary Range: $70,000 to $90,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
  • Entry-level professional experience in learning systems, HR/L&D, EHS, Quality, operations support, data administration, business analysis, or related field.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.

  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, reports, and documentation.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to explain steps clearly for non-technical users.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests, track details, and follow through on assigned tasks.
  • Willingness to learn LMS administration, reporting, support processes, and system governance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Docebo or another Learning Management System.
  • Strong skills with in the Microsoft Office Suite, with particular focus on Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, Forms, Planner, Teams, or Power BI.
  • Experience creating SOPs, job aids, process documentation, or user support materials.
  • Experience supporting a ticketing process, shared mailbox, help desk, or internal support workflow.
