Media Measurement Manager
Frisco, TX ID de la oferta 135303 Categoría de la oferta Marketing Nivel de empleo Gerente Tipo de puesto Tiempo completoJob Overview:
Transform Paid, Earned, Owned, and Shared media data into cohesive data stories that form actionable insights with the goal of improving media efficiency and business outcomes. As one of the first operators on a stood-up measurement team, you will run the machine day-to-day: build performance reports, diagnose trends, and recommend optimizations across channels and audiences while executing KDP’s three pillars of measurement (Closed‑Loop Attribution, Causal Media Lift, ROMI/MMM) and maintaining a single source of truth with standardized KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Performance Reporting
Develop clear, concise campaign performance reports summarizing KPIs such as ROAS, attributed sales, brand attention, and engagement.
Include diagnostics like spend pacing, frequency, and audience performance to inform decision-making.
2) Optimization Support
Identify underperforming segments and recommend budget reallocations toward high‑efficiency channels and audiences.
Maintain an optimization log documenting changes, rationale, and expected impact.
3) Closed‑Loop Attribution (fast, actionable)
Operate daily/weekly attribution pipelines across paid, owned, and earned channels; enforce KDP’s attribution rule (verified exposure + verified sale = attributed sale) with fair‑share credit (no multi‑touch modeling).
Harmonize verified exposures and purchases from partners (e.g., Circana; retailer sources Walmart, Kroger, Amazon, K.com; activation partners Fetch, Ibotta) to produce early indicators and in‑flight guidance.
Publish bi‑weekly “so‑what” and next‑best actions for media and brand teams.
4) Incrementality & Testing
Assist in measuring incremental impact via test vs. control methodology; support test design (randomization, power checks, control integrity) and interpret results to validate strategies.
Execute GeoLift (DMA/RMA) and Household/ID‑based lift tests; deliver standardized readouts (setup → findings → implications → recommended guardrails).
5) Channel & Audience Analysis
Monitor performance across digital, social, video/CTV/OLV, display, retail media, and search; unify onsite/offsite plus Amazon DSP for an unbiased view.
Highlight top‑performing publishers, audiences, and creative formats; flag areas for improvement with clear caveats when structural crediting artifacts exist.
6) Data Accuracy & Attribution
Ensure integrity of attribution data from multiple sources; apply caveats when gaps occur.
Collaborate with partners to resolve data mapping issues promptly; enforce taxonomy standards, lineage documentation, and QA checklists before leadership distribution.
7) Statistical and Economic Analysis
Perform basic statistical analysis to test correlations and project results from sample to population.
Prepare clean, standardized inputs and KPI alignments for ROMI/MMM; reconcile inventory, spend, and outcome signals.
8) Reporting & Decision Enablement
Refresh Power BI dashboards and scorecards on agreed SLAs (daily/weekly/bi‑weekly) with freshness, accuracy, and traceability.
Build bi‑weekly executive performance packs that distill complex signals into narrative clarity: headline takeaway, quantified impact, and action recommendations.
9) Cross‑Team Collaboration
Work closely with KDP’s internal media team and agency partners to create performance narratives and strategic implications.
Communicate insights in a clear, actionable format for non‑technical stakeholders; maintain disciplined runbooks and governance.
10) Partner & Vendor Operations
Monitor vendor/tool SLAs and feed health; manage change control and escalation paths.
Document reusable queries and SOPs; maintain versioned runbooks for repeatability.

- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

At least 5 years in an analytical, business intelligence, or data analyst role (media/performance analytics preferred).
Experience working with media data across social, programmatic, retail media, and search; familiarity with Amazon DSP ecosystem is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to harmonize disparate data, analyze for underlying trends and insights, and tell a unified data story to senior business leaders.
Proficiency in SQL.
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI proficiency is a plus.
Ability to translate data into operational recommendations and maintain SLAs, QA, and governance.
Success Metrics (First 90–180 Days)
SLAs met for dashboard/report freshness and accuracy; no critical data quality issues unresolved within SLA.
Attribution guidance delivered bi‑weekly with documented optimization actions and measurable efficiency lift (ROAS/CPA/attributed sales).
Two to three causal tests launched and read; learnings codified into planning guardrails and shared playbook.
MMM intake standardized; first ROMI/MMM scenarios connected to brand investment decisions with clear implications.
Working Cadence
Daily: pipeline checks, data QA, anomaly triage; scorecard refreshes for active campaigns.
Weekly: optimization log updates; partner/vendor feed health reviews.
Bi‑Weekly: executive performance pack and recommended actions.
Monthly/Quarterly: test readouts, playbook updates, MMM scenario alignment.
