The Manager Commercialization, Allied Partnerships turns partner plans into in-market results for select Allied Partner brands sold through Keurig Dr Pepper’s (KDP) selling system. Allied Partners are external beverage brand partners that KDP sells and distributes alongside its own portfolio.
This role is the day-to-day connection between those partners and the KDP salesforce: building the plans, tools and communications the field needs to sell in new items and programs, keeping launches on track, and working through challenges as they come up. This role will work cross-functionally with National Retail Sales (NRS), Route-to-Market (RTM), Supply Chain and Demand Planning, as well as directly with partner commercial, sales and supply teams. We are looking for an organized, analytical team player who builds strong relationships, communicates clearly to large audiences, takes full ownership of their work, and continuously looks for smarter ways to get it done.
The ideal candidate will bring 5 or more years of consumer packaged goods (CPG) experience in sales, commercial planning, category management, demand planning or sales analytics, with hands-on experience turning data into actionable recommendations. Knowledge of the beverage industry and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) distribution would be considered a plus.
This role will be located in the KDP Frisco HQ office and will require up to 15% travel.
This person will report to the Senior Manager, Allied Partnerships – Energy in a high-visibility role to Commercial and Sales leadership.
Responsibilities
The key areas of focus for this role include partner and salesforce liaison, sales enablement, launch and in-store program execution, forecasting, stage-gate, item setup, and performance and inventory tracking. In the first year, you will own components of approximately 75 annual beverage launches, driving success across supply chain, sales and field execution.
- Serve as the day-to-day liaison between Allied Partners and the KDP salesforce: manage working relationships with partner commercial, sales and supply teams (weekly connects, action-item follow-up), translate partner plans into clear direction for the field, and bring field and customer feedback back to the partner
- Build sales enablement materials for new launches and programs, including leading development of selling decks ("Operating Plans") and sell sheets, driving multi-hundred person launch webinars, and partnering with national account teams to align on target customers and launch timing
- Build and maintain launch forecasts and demand signals at the region, customer and branch level, collecting input from the field and reconciling it with partner and demand planning views
- Execute launch readiness for new items, LTOs and in-store programs (displays, retail graphics, customer-specific programs); coordinate item setup through KDP’s Stage Gate Process, cascade timing and sales materials through Sales, Supply Chain and Demand Planning, and maintain visibility to team readiness as programs approach
- Prepare recurring performance reporting and insight development for weekly commercial status meetings, monthly business reviews and leadership updates
- Track in-year performance and day-to-day network health, helping to flag inventory, supply chain, and execution risks or opportunities early
- Serve as a key point of contact for ad hoc field and partner challenges, such as supply shortages, out-of-stocks, item setup or pricing questions, and data discrepancies, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve them quickly

- Salary range: $96,800 - $140,000
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
- Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
- Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

- Experience in consumer goods or retail products strongly preferred; beverage industry and DSD knowledge is a plus

- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited US or equivalent experience.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills required; experience with Power BI, syndicated data (e.g., Circana, Nielsen) and AI productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Co-Work preferred
Core Competencies:
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn large data sets into clear, actionable recommendations
- Highly organized, with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple launches and deadlines at once
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex plans into clear direction for a large field sales audience and present confidently to groups
- Builds trusted relationships with external partners and internal teams at multiple levels, and manages expectations when priorities compete
- Problem solver who learns quickly, stays calm in a fast-paced environment, and takes full ownership of outcomes
- Curious and tech-forward, with a habit of using AI and automation
