Financial Analyst- Beverage Concentrates Bottle-Can
The Financial Analyst will be a key resource in trade management, maintenance and reporting for the PASO/CASO/ISO route-to-market groups within KDP. As part of the Beverage Concentrates Bottle-Can team, you will be an integral part of Trade Management including maintenance of Incidence Base Funding, and Trade budgets. This individual will develop an in-depth knowledge of the business areas supported and will collaborate with the business and finance teams across the organization to help analyze and ensure accuracy of our trade management systems.
This position is a hybrid role based in Frisco, TX, with in-office work from Tuesday to Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday.
What you will do:
- Own the maintenance of our Trade Management System (TPM/Siebel). Working with the sales and CTA teams to ensure accuracy within the system.
- Support the monthly maintenance of the Incidence Based Funding Model including collection, consolidation, preparation, and maintenance of data, and schedules related to the model.
- Coordinate all phases of the Incidence Based Funding Model including collection, consolidation, preparation, and maintenance of data, models, and schedules related to the model.
- Support the Finance Manager on Incidence Based Funding
- Create and maintain process documentation, as well as evaluate opportunities for improvement and standardization
- Support internal customer requests and any ad hoc analysis
- Perform other job-related duties as requested by management

Total Rewards:
- Salary Range: $62,500 - $90,000
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
- Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
- Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
Requirements:
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field
- One+ year of relevant finance experience preferred
Technical and Other Skills:
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)
- Demonstrated competency in use of financial, planning and reporting software platforms
Required Competencies and aptitudes:
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with focused attention to detail
- Self-motivated team player with strong ability to interact with others, work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally at a high level of customer service
- Comfortable working with high volumes of data and the ability to identify and summarize key messages
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to propose positive business solutions to complex problems
- Detailed and process improvement oriented
- Ability to handle confidential financial information appropriately
- Ability to work flexible hours as required
- Ability to follow Keurig Dr Pepper policies and procedures, as well as our operating principles
- Travel <15%
