The Associate Manager of Brand Integrations supports the translation of brand strategies into market-facing programs and activations. This role focuses on contributing to the execution of brand positioning strategies through key retail initiatives, brand partnerships, consumer activation events, and other high-visibility activations. This individual works within cross-functional teams to help ensure these efforts are integrated into the broader marketing and commercial ecosystem, while developing foundational skills in brand strategy, consumer insight, and activation excellence.

Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Planning
Synthesizes complex information, identifies patterns, and anticipates future marketplace shifts
Contributes to Tentpole program plans that position the brand for long-term competitive advantage
Uses compelling, data-driven storytelling to align stakeholders and partners around a shared vision
Evaluates opportunities against objectives and long-term brand strategy
Brand Building & Equity Creation
Pushes beyond conventional thinking and tactical approaches to imagine fresh, culturally relevant brand experiences
Brings intellectual curiosity and creative courage to challenge teams toward breakthrough ideas
Ensures visual identity, tone, and messaging consistency across all executions
Consumer & Category Fluency
Obsessively curious about evolving behaviors, cultural movements, and category dynamics
Distinguishes between shopper insights (in-moment purchase drivers, path-to-purchase, retail dynamics) and consumer insights (lifestyle attitudes, brand relationships, usage occasions)
Basic understanding of traditional grocery, club, convenience, e-commerce, and DTC channels
Stays close to current and future trends — cultural, technological, and generational shifts
Integrated Communications Planning
Creative thinking: Constructs briefs that unlock breakthrough work, not constrain it; giving creative partners both strategic clarity and imaginative permission

Total Rewards:
- Salary Range: $76,400-110,000
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
- Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
- Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree with a major in Marketing or related field
Minimum 3 years of consumer marketing experience with a Fortune 500 CPG corporation or an advertising/creative agency
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience delivering presentations to senior leadership
Astute budget management skills
