The Associate Manager, Brand Integrations, plays an integral role in bringing the KDP trademarks to life across multiple consumer touchpoints. This position resides in our Brand Marketing department and requires strong personal initiative, accountability, a drive to seek new ideas, and the ability to approach a project with a strategic lens.  The position is accountable for developing strategic national consumer platforms, managing and negotiating with agencies and external partners, and driving commercial alignment to achieve brand and business objectives.  This position acts as support for the Director, Brand Integrations.  The ideal candidate will bring 3+ years of progressive marketing or brand experience and a leadership style that fuses inspiration with a passion for making a difference.

This role is based at the KDP Frisco, TX office location and requires approximately 5-10% travel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cultivate and Support a High-Performing Team
    • Deploy general manager mindset to support the development of strategic consumer engagement initiatives to deliver our business ambitions.
    • Use data-driven insights to drive speed to decision-making.
    • Help drive and maintain the unique KDP culture; own personal development to grow in our organization.
    • Create an inclusive environment and inspire others to take action through authentic leadership, passion, and commitment to winning.
  • Drive Consumer Engagement Through Breakthrough Strategy & Messaging
    • Develop strong commercial knowledge and business acumen to support annual consumer program planning.
    • Ensure consumer program communication is fully integrated with all brand consumer communication.
    • Innovate to address consumer needs: support consumer engagement through the development and commercialization of innovative, insight-based programs for assignedbrands/categories.
    • Support management of creative agencies from brief through execution to deliver clear and concise strategic consumer messaging on all initiatives.
    • Use entrepreneurial thinking to find new and better ways to accomplish goals and possess a drive for excellence in all executions.
  • Champion Our Brands and Secure Alignment Across the Organization
    • Support the commercial organization by contributing to selling materials for consumer engagement initiatives (e.g., operating plans, one-pagers, etc.).
    • Gain alignment from key stakeholders as needed, integrate and collaborate with creative teams, brand, sales, cross-functional activation team and agency partners to execute plans.
    • Encourage and support organizational and customer engagement, alignment, and excitement for annual consumer programs.
    • Embrace an agile mindset to deliver on growth priorities with speed through adaptability, agility and innovative approaches.
  • Measure Success
    • Manage assigned consumer engagement program budgets working in conjunction with cross-functional partners.
    • Set high performance standards, measures for success, and adjust plan to deliver against growth agenda.
    • Consistently measure and analyze ROI of consumer programs and recommend changes for improved results.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum three years of consumer marketing experience with a Fortune 500 CPG corporation or an advertising/creative agency.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience delivering presentations to senior leadership.
  • Astute budget management skills.
