As part of our Finance Business Services team, the Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist – Support plays a key role in identifying and resolving process inefficiencies within AP operations. This role serves as a primary point of contact for internal business stakeholders and external vendors, handling inquiries related to Corporate Cards, Expense Reports (Concur), and vendor invoices via phone and ServiceNow tickets.
The AP Support Specialist will conduct research across multiple systems, perform vendor statement reviews, and generate reports. Success in this role requires meeting daily operational SLAs, resolving aged AP issues, and providing timely, accurate responses to inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries related to Corporate Cards, Concur Expense Reports, and AP/CTA processing from internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Provide training and guidance on Concur, Credit Card, and AP system processes, including policy interpretation.
- Manage ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets; maintain and update SNOW knowledge base articles.
- Review vendor statements to identify credits and aged invoices; follow up with vendors to obtain missing documentation.
- Lead and follow up on scheduled business calls, ensuring action items are completed.
- Process requests for new corporate cards, limit increases, and invoice escalation support.
- Manage workload to meet SLA and productivity targets.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
Total Rewards:
- Salary Range: $19.47-$26.80/hour
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors

Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance role.
- Experience with SAP, Concur, Credit Card programs, and Esker is a strong asset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); strong Excel skills including formula use.
- Excellent organizational, research, and time management skills; ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong technical aptitude to navigate multiple systems and transactions simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and maintain high attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
