Our Supply team is responsible for direct and indirect manufacturing to meet inventory requirements. Whether sourcing components, manufacturing finished goods, or negotiating with suppliers, the team collaborates across US and International locations to provide high quality products to our consumers.
You will work with Demand, Sales, and Commercial partners on effective production and fulfillment plans of medium-to-high complexity. You will help ensure manufacturing and distribution centers are aligned to weekly/monthly plans for execution. You will also develop supply plans as an input to the S&OP process.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing various standard and ad-hoc data analytics requirements from the Planning team, providing insights to inform critical supply decisions.

Position Responsibilities

- Directly support supply chain teams with a wide array of data driven dashboards, to help make accurate decisions quickly
- Build trust within and across the organization, become go to resource for accurate and digestible fact-based stories, summarizing complex transactional environments

Total Rewards:
- Salary Range: $76,400 - $115,000
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
- Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
- Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or similar field preferred
- APICS or similar supply chain related certification a plus
- Strong knowledge and hands on experience with data hierarchies, extraction methods and hierarchies, to build rock solid interfaces supporting end user dashboards and KPIs
- Hands on proficiency with macros, scripting, etc.
- Experience working with SAP required, including dashboard creation (PowerBI preferred)
- Prior experience leading medium to large projects, impacting multiple functional areas
- 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, operations and/or analytics
- 3-5 years’ experience in Excel (performing functions such as pivot tables, v look-up, etc.).
