Our Keurig direct-to-consumer business is the insight & experience-rich connective tissue between us and our consumers. Join our agile digital DTC team in Burlington as we transform our technology and consumer value proposition from the ground up. This role is for a technical expert who wants to master modern digital measurement while being supported by a world-class team.
Reports to the Manager of Performance Measurement in our Burlington Hub. You will collaborate daily with Marketers, Data Science, Merchants, Product, and Frontend Devs. Success requires a bias for detail, technical curiosity, and a drive to get the work "done right" the first time.
Accountabilities
- ShopifyQL & Data Execution: Master the ability to write and pull ShopifyQL queries to leverage raw Shopify data for deep-dive commerce analysis.
- Tagging & Governance: Execute tagging migrations with 100% accuracy and maintain the UTM governance tool for clean North American attribution.
- Dashboard Development: Develop high-velocity dashboards unifying e-commerce, web analytics, and multi-channel ad data to drive daily strategic decision-making.
- Site Health & Benchmarking: Monitor Core Web Vitals daily, audit tag coverage weekly, and collaborate with SRE teams to establish ongoing health benchmarks.
- Agile Documentation: Translate marketing needs into technical user stories for dev teams, ensuring alignment on the "What" before the "How" begins.
- Intake & Backlog Support: Assist in managing centralized intake processes and project backlog, prioritizing tasks based on business impact vs. technical effort.
- Funnel Exploration: Perform deep-dive funnel explorations in GA4 to identify specific friction points in the customer journey.
- Anomaly Alerting: Run anomaly alerting systems that immediately notify stakeholders of unexpected revenue or traffic shifts.
- Growth Analytics & CRO: Lead the analysis of site experimentation to deliver data-backed recommendations on high-intent conversion paths, focusing on ongoing optimizations that balance user experience with rigorous data accuracy.
- Cadence Support: Support monthly performance review cadences by preparing accurate datasets and visualizations for leadership.

Total Rewards:
- Salary Range: $130,700 - $130,000
- Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
- Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
- Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility
Requirements:
- 3-4 years in a business intelligence, marketing analytics function
- Have demonstrated hands-on capability for data visualization and analysis
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with PowerBI, Data Studio, Tableau, etc.
- SQL proficient
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline, i.e., Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Engineering, or any quantitative field
- Experience with demand generation metrics such as cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, time to payback, return on investment and working with digital channel data (search, social, site)
