Job Overview:

KDP is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven, Marketing Manager with a proven track record of success to join our team. This person will play a role in driving change and creating innovative solutions as we win in the marketplace. As a Marketing Manager for Away from Home, you will be responsible for leading and developing marketing plans and programing for the Hospitality, Convenience, and Distribution Channels.  

You'll work with internal stakeholders and industry leaders to develop business strategies and solve complex customer needs, significantly impacting company success within these key channels. 

What will you do: 

  • Presentations: Build and deliver compelling presentations by working closely with National Account Executives (NAEs) to develop retail specific selling stories across Convenience, Hospitality, and Distribution.  

  • Tradeshows & Events: Support major conferences and events, working closely with Sales to develop marketing materials, customer presentations, and assist with product sampling. 

  • Budgeting: Track and manage initiatives against a budget and timeline.  

  • Insights & Results: Analyze marketing program results and develop recommendations for improvement 

  • Collaboration: Build effective and productive relationships with internal teams such as sales, commercial, brand teams, R&D along with external stakeholders and customers.  


Total Rewards:
  • Salary Range: $97,000 - $118,000
  • Actual placement within the compensation range may vary depending on experience, skills, and other factors
  • Benefits, subject to election and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including paid parental leave, vacation, and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement
  • Annual bonus based on performance and eligibility

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field required 

  • Prefer experience in Fortune 500 company, or in the Consumer-Packaged Goods, Beverage, Small Appliance or related industries. 

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to interact and communicate effectively with colleagues, cross-functional teams, and the customer.  Must be comfortable presenting and working with a variety of stakeholders. 

  • Highly self-motivated and detail-oriented, and comfortable with a fast-paced and changing environment 

  • Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.
